أعلنت القوات المسلحة الدنماركية، اليوم (السبت)، رصد طائرات مسيرة مجهولة الهوية بالقرب من منشآت عسكرية خلال الليل، وذلك بعد سلسلة من الاختراقات الجوية للطائرات المسيرة بالقرب من المطارات والبنية التحتية الحيوية في البلاد خلال الأسبوع الحالي.
مسيرات على المواقع دنماركية
وقال متحدث باسم الدفاع الدنماركي في رسالة إلكترونية لوكالة «رويترز»: «نؤكد رصد طائرات مسيرة في عدة مواقع تابعة للدفاع الدنماركي الليلة الماضية، وقد تم نشر عدة قدرات للتعامل مع الحادث».
ولم توضح القوات المسلحة مواقع رصد الطائرات المسيرة، لكن وكالة الأنباء «ريتساو» نقلت عن الشرطة الدنماركية تأكيدها رصد طائرات مسيرة بالقرب من قاعدة كاروب الجوية غربي الدنمارك.
مسيرات قرب قاعدة نرويجية
في سياق متصل، أعلنت الشرطة النرويجية، اليوم (السبت)، أنها تحقق في مشاهدات محتملة للطائرات المسيرة بالقرب من قاعدة أورلاند الجوية في وسط النرويج، وهي القاعدة الرئيسية لمقاتلات إف-35 النرويجية.
وقال متحدث باسم القوات المسلحة النرويجية: «رصد الحراس عدة مشاهدات خارج محيط القاعدة في ساعات مبكرة من صباح السبت».
هجمات هجينة
وكانت حركة الطيران في مطار كوبنهاغن، الأكثر ازدحاماً في منطقة الشمال الأوروبي، قد توقفت لعدة ساعات يوم الإثنين الماضي، بعد رصد طائرات مسيرة كبيرة في أجوائه، كما أغلقت 5 مطارات أخرى، مدنية وعسكرية، مؤقتاً في الأيام التالية.
ووصفت السلطات الدنماركية هذه الحوادث بأنها «هجمات هجينة»، حيث قالت رئيسة الوزراء ميتي فريدريكسن إنها «الهجوم الأكثر خطورة على البنية التحتية الحيوية الدنماركية حتى الآن».
تشريع ألماني
وفي الوقت نفسه تخطط ألمانيا لتعديل قانون أمن الطيران للسماح للقوات المسلحة بالتدخل، بما قد يشمل إسقاط الطائرات المسيرة لضمان الحماية للبنية التحتية الحيوية والتجمعات الكبيرة للأفراد، وذلك حسبما أعلن وزير الداخلية الألماني ألكسندر دوبريندت، اليوم (السبت) خلال مؤتمر صحفي في برلين.
The Danish armed forces announced today (Saturday) that they detected unidentified drones near military facilities overnight, following a series of aerial breaches involving drones near airports and critical infrastructure in the country during the current week.
Drones at Danish Sites
A spokesperson for the Danish defense said in an email to Reuters: "We confirm the detection of drones at several sites belonging to the Danish defense last night, and several capabilities have been deployed to deal with the incident."
The armed forces did not specify the locations where the drones were detected, but the news agency "Ritzau" reported that the Danish police confirmed the sighting of drones near the Karup Air Base in western Denmark.
Drones Near a Norwegian Base
In a related context, the Norwegian police announced today (Saturday) that they are investigating potential sightings of drones near the Orland Air Base in central Norway, which is the main base for Norwegian F-35 fighters.
A spokesperson for the Norwegian armed forces said: "Guards observed several sightings outside the base perimeter in the early hours of Saturday."
Hybrid Attacks
Air traffic at Copenhagen Airport, the busiest in the Nordic region, was halted for several hours last Monday after large drones were spotted in its airspace, and five other airports, both civilian and military, were temporarily closed in the following days.
Danish authorities described these incidents as "hybrid attacks," with Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen stating that it was "the most serious attack on Danish critical infrastructure to date."
German Legislation
Meanwhile, Germany is planning to amend its aviation security law to allow the armed forces to intervene, which may include shooting down drones to ensure protection for critical infrastructure and large gatherings of people, as announced by German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt today (Saturday) during a press conference in Berlin.
