In the city of Rada'a in Al-Bayda governorate, a Houthi gunman executed his nephew by shooting him inside the family home in the Al-Haziz area, according to local sources.
In Sana'a, reliable sources told "Okaz" that there is a state of terror among civilians due to the disappearance of children from the streets of Sana'a and from its schools, indicating that the phenomenon of child kidnappings has returned to Sana'a in a noticeable and strong manner.
The sources added: "Children go to school, and their families do not know if they will return, living in a continuous state of terror until their return," noting that dozens of children have disappeared from inside schools, and when their families contact the militia, they claim that the children are in a training course and should not be inquired about during this period, while families have lost contact with their children during their return from schools as they were kidnapped from the streets.
The sources confirmed that there are Houthi gangs specialized in these tasks, similar to those that existed in previous years during the war.
They pointed out that the kidnappings include transferring employees, including sanitation workers and municipal staff, as well as students from various universities, including Ibb University, and administrators in the Education Office to training camps for a short period to train them on shooting and forcibly transferring them to the front lines in Taiz under threat.
