رفعت أمانة محافظة جدة النطاق الأحمر عن 3,787 قطعة أرض ضمن أراضي مخططات منح المليساء جنوبي المحافظة، بما يتيح لأصحاب الأراضي المشمولة الاستفادة من الخدمات البلدية واستكمال الإجراءات المتاحة.
وأوضحت الأمانة أن رفع الطبقة الحمراء عن الأراضي المشمولة يعني إنهاء القيود البلدية المرتبطة بالنطاق الأحمر، وإتاحة الإجراءات والخدمات البلدية المقررة عليها، ومن بينها التقدم بطلبات التراخيص والإجراءات التنظيمية ذات العلاقة وفق الأنظمة والاشتراطات المعتمدة.
وبيّنت أن التقديم بطلب الخدمات البلدية لقطع الأراضي المشمولة برفع النطاق الأحمر يتم من خلال المكاتب الهندسية، التي يمكنها استكمال الإجراءات البلدية المرتبطة بها.
وأكدت أمانة محافظة جدة مواصلة العمل على دراسة الأراضي التي ما تزال ضمن النطاق الأحمر في مختلف أنحاء المحافظة، واستكمال الإجراءات الفنية والتنظيمية اللازمة بشأنها، على أن يتم معالجتها على مراحل، في إطار جهودها لتيسير الخدمات البلدية، ومعالجة أوضاع الأراضي والمخططات، وتمكين المستفيدين من استكمال إجراءاتهم وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة.
The Jeddah Municipality has lifted the red zone designation from 3,787 plots of land within the Al-Milsa grant schemes in the southern part of the municipality, allowing the landowners involved to benefit from municipal services and complete the available procedures.
The municipality clarified that lifting the red zone designation from the affected lands means the termination of municipal restrictions associated with the red zone, and the availability of the prescribed municipal procedures and services, including the submission of license applications and related regulatory procedures according to the approved regulations and requirements.
It was indicated that the application for municipal services for the plots of land included in the lifting of the red zone is done through engineering offices, which can complete the municipal procedures related to them.
The Jeddah Municipality confirmed its continued efforts to study the lands that are still within the red zone across the municipality, and to complete the necessary technical and regulatory procedures regarding them, with the intention of addressing them in phases, as part of its efforts to facilitate municipal services, address land and planning situations, and enable beneficiaries to complete their procedures according to the approved regulations.
