هزّت العاصمة التونسية واقعة مروّعة تحوّلت فيها نزهة قصيرة لفتاة في الخامسة عشرة إلى مأساة قاسية انتهت بها في غرفة العناية المركزة بين الحياة والموت.
بعد اتصال من صديقتها التي اقترحت عليها نزهة سريعة، خرجت الفتاة (يقين) واستأذنت والدتها متعهدة بالعودة خلال ساعتين، لكن الساعات مرّت دون أن تعود.
ومع تأخرها، حاولت الأم الاتصال بابنتها مرارًا حتى جاءها صوت يقين المرتجف وهي تقول: «أمي.. أنا قادمة الآن»، قبل أن ينقطع الاتصال فجأة، ما زاد من قلق الأم التي سارعت إلى مركز الأمن للإبلاغ، إلا أن طلبها قوبل بضرورة الانتظار 48 ساعة؛ وفق الإجراءات القانونية.
لكن اتصالًا آخر قلب الموقف رأسًا على عقب، إذ ردّ شاب بنبرة تهديد واستعراض، مؤكدًا أنه يحتجز الفتاة وأنها تعرضت لاعتداء، موجّهًا للأم عبارات مهينة. فاندفعت الأم مجددًا إلى المركز الأمني في حالة انهيار، لتتحرك الفرق الأمنية فورًا بعد تحديد موقع الهاتف في حي الملاسين.
وخلال المداهمة، واجهت القوة الأمنية مقاومة عنيفة من مجموعة من الخارجين عن القانون استخدموا زجاجات (مولوتوف) وأسلحة بيضاء، ما أدى إلى إصابة رئيس الدورية وإحراق سيارة أمنية، واضطرت القوة إلى التراجع وطلب التعزيزات.
ومع حلول الصباح، تلقت الأم اتصالًا عاجلًا يطلب حضورها، لتُبلّغ بأن ابنتها نُقلت إلى المستشفى وهي في العناية المركزة، بعد تعرضها لاعتداء جسدي وجنسي جماعي وحشي شارك فيه 11 شابًا، عقب استدراجها من قبل صديقتها وتسليمها لهم.
وتمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية لاحقًا من القبض على صاحب المنزل الذي شهد الجريمة وعدد من المتورطين الرئيسيين، فيما تتواصل التحقيقات لملاحقة بقية المشاركين في الاعتداء.
The Tunisian capital was shaken by a horrific incident in which a short outing for a fifteen-year-old girl turned into a harsh tragedy, ending with her in the intensive care unit, caught between life and death.
After a call from her friend who suggested a quick outing, the girl (Yaqin) went out and asked her mother for permission, promising to return within two hours, but the hours passed without her coming back.
As her delay continued, the mother tried repeatedly to contact her daughter until she heard Yaqin's trembling voice saying, "Mom... I'm coming now," before the call suddenly dropped, increasing the mother's anxiety, prompting her to rush to the police station to report, but her request was met with the need to wait 48 hours, according to legal procedures.
However, another call turned the situation upside down, as a young man answered with a threatening and boastful tone, confirming that he was holding the girl and that she had been assaulted, directing insulting remarks at the mother. The mother rushed back to the police station in a state of collapse, prompting the security teams to move immediately after locating the phone in the Malsin neighborhood.
During the raid, the security forces faced violent resistance from a group of lawbreakers who used Molotov cocktails and white weapons, resulting in the injury of the patrol chief and the burning of a police vehicle, forcing the forces to retreat and call for reinforcements.
By morning, the mother received an urgent call requesting her presence, to be informed that her daughter had been transferred to the hospital and was in intensive care, after suffering a brutal physical and sexual assault involving 11 young men, following her being lured by her friend and handed over to them.
The security agencies later managed to arrest the owner of the house where the crime took place and several of the main perpetrators, while investigations continue to pursue the rest of those involved in the assault.
