حصدت قصة مندوبة التوصيل المصرية (ضحى محمد) انتشارًا واسعًا على مواقع التواصل بعد أن روت موقفًا إنسانيًا فاجأها خلال عملها في منطقة مدينتي بالقاهرة الجديدة، إذ وصلت متأخرة إلى أحد العملاء بعد رحلة شاقة استخدمت خلالها ست وسائل مواصلات؛ بسبب تعطّل (السكوتر) الذي تعتمد عليه في عملها.
وكانت ضحى تستعد للاعتذار وشرح سبب التأخير، لكن العميل بادرها بتصرف غير متوقع، إذ منحها 500 جنيه بدلًا من قيمة الشحن البالغة 350 جنيهًا، ما جعلها تعبّر عن دهشتها وسعادتها في منشور قالت فيه إنها لم تجد الكلمات المناسبة لوصف الموقف. وتفاعل آلاف المستخدمين مع قصتها، مشيدين بلطف العميل وداعمين لضحى التي تشارك متابعيها يوميات عملها وتجاربها مع الزبائن.
وبعد ساعات، كشفت أن منشورها وصل إلى نحو ثلاثة ملايين شخص، موجّهة الشكر لكل من كتب لها كلمة تشجيع أو دعم.
وتواصل ضحى مشاركة تفاصيل عملها عبر منصات التواصل، مؤكدة أن هذا الموقف كان من أكثر اللحظات التي منحتها دفعة معنوية كبيرة وسط صعوبات العمل اليومي.
