أصدرت محكمة جنايات مستأنف الإسكندرية قرارها بتأييد حكم الإعدام بحق ثلاثة متهمين، والحبس عاماً لمتهم رابع، بعد قبول الاستئناف شكلاً، وذلك في القضية المتعلقة بقتل المجني عليه داخل مسكنه بمنطقة مينا البصل.
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى تلقي الأجهزة الأمنية بلاغاً بالعثور على المجني عليه متوفياً داخل شقته، حيث كشفت التحقيقات أن المتهمة الأولى (زوجة المجني عليه) وهي أخصائية تمويل، دخلت في خلاف مع زوجها عقب حصوله على هاتفها المحمول ومطالبته بكشف الرقم السري لفحص محتواه؛ ما أثار خشيتها من افتضاح علاقتها غير المشروعة بالمتهم الثاني.
وبحسب التحقيقات، اتفقت المتهمة الأولى مع المتهم الثاني على التخلُّص من زوجها واستعادة الهاتف، واستعانا بمتهم ثالث لتنفيذ الجريمة. وفي يوم الواقعة، حضر المتهمان الثاني والثالث إلى الشقة وبحوزتهما سلاحان أبيضان، بينما هيّأت المتهمة الأولى مسرح الجريمة وقدّمت لهما أدوات الربط.
وما إن تأكدت من نوم زوجها، حتى سمحت بدخول المتهمين اللذين اعتديا عليه وأجبراه على تناول مادة مخدرة لإضعاف مقاومته، ثم قيدا حركته حتى فارق الحياة، قبل أن يستوليا على ثلاثة هواتف محمولة بينها هاتف المتهمة الأولى، ويبيعانها للمتهم الرابع، رغم علمه بمصدرها غير المشروع.
وبعد تقنين الإجراءات، ألقي القبض على المتهمين وأحيلوا إلى محكمة الجنايات التي أصدرت حكمها بتأييد الإعدام للمتهمين الثلاثة، والحبس سنة للمتهم الرابع.
The Alexandria Court of Appeals upheld the death sentence against three defendants and sentenced a fourth defendant to one year in prison after accepting the appeal formally, in the case related to the murder of the victim inside his residence in the Mina al-Basal area.
The details of the incident date back to the security forces receiving a report about finding the victim deceased inside his apartment. Investigations revealed that the first defendant (the victim's wife), a finance specialist, had a dispute with her husband after he obtained her mobile phone and demanded that she reveal the password to examine its contents; this raised her fears of exposing her illicit relationship with the second defendant.
According to the investigations, the first defendant agreed with the second defendant to get rid of her husband and retrieve the phone, enlisting a third defendant to carry out the crime. On the day of the incident, the second and third defendants arrived at the apartment armed with two white weapons, while the first defendant prepared the crime scene and provided them with binding tools.
As soon as she confirmed that her husband was asleep, she allowed the defendants to enter, who assaulted him and forced him to consume a narcotic substance to weaken his resistance, then bound him until he passed away, before seizing three mobile phones, including the first defendant's phone, and selling them to the fourth defendant, despite his knowledge of their illegal source.
After legal procedures were taken, the defendants were arrested and referred to the criminal court, which issued its ruling upholding the death sentence for the three defendants and a one-year prison sentence for the fourth defendant.
