أثار الحكم الصادر بحق الفنان المغربي سعد لمجرد ردود فعل من جانب أسرته، إذ أعلن والده رفضه قرار محكمة الاستئناف الفرنسية القاضي بسجنه 10 سنوات، مؤكدًا أن نجله تعرض للظلم، واصفًا الحكم بأنه «جائر».
والد سعد لمجرد: قدمنا أدلة واضحة
وقال والد الفنان المغربي، في منشور عبر حسابه الرسمي على «إنستغرام»، إن هيئة الدفاع قدمت خلال نظر القضية ما وصفها بالأدلة الواضحة أمام المحكمة والنيابة العامة، معربًا عن استغرابه من صدور الحكم رغم ما قدمه فريق الدفاع من دفوع وأدلة.
وتحدث والد سعد لمجرد عن تداعيات الحكم على الأسرة، مشيرًا إلى معاناة زوجته، وزوجة نجله ووالدتها، وقال إن الظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها الأسرة «لا يعلمه إلا الله».
10 سنوات في القضية
وكانت محكمة الاستئناف الفرنسية قد أصدرت، اليوم السبت، حكمًا بسجن سعد لمجرد 10 سنوات، في القضية المتعلقة باتهامه باغتصاب الشابة الفرنسية لورا بريول، وذلك عقب استئناف الحكم الصادر بحقه في وقت سابق.
وكانت محكمة دراغينيان قد أصدرت في مايو الماضي حكمًا بسجن لمجرد خمس سنوات، بعد إدانته باغتصاب شابة التقاها عام 2018 في مدينة سان تروبيه جنوب شرقي فرنسا، في قضية استمرت محاكمتها أربعة أيام، فيما ظل الفنان المغربي ينفي الاتهام، وطالب دفاعه بالبراءة.
روايتان متناقضتان
وتعود تفاصيل القضية إلى عام 2018، عندما التقت لورا بريول، وكانت تعمل نادلة آنذاك، بسعد لمجرد داخل ملهى ليلي، قبل أن تتوجه معه إلى الفندق الذي كان يقيم فيه.
واتهمته بريول بالاعتداء عليها داخل غرفته، بينما يتمسك لمجرد برواية مغايرة، مؤكدًا أن العلاقة تمت بموافقتها.

The father of the Moroccan artist stated in a post on his official Instagram account that the defense team presented what he described as clear evidence before the court and the public prosecutor during the case proceedings, expressing his astonishment at the issuance of the ruling despite the defenses and evidence provided by the defense team.
He spoke about the repercussions of the ruling on the family, pointing to the suffering of his wife, his son's wife, and her mother, stating that the difficult circumstances the family is going through "are known only to God."
10 Years in the Case
The French Court of Appeal issued a ruling today, Saturday, sentencing Saad Lamjarred to 10 years in prison in the case related to the accusation of raping the young French woman Laura Prioul, following an appeal of the previous ruling against him.
The Draguignan court had previously sentenced Lamjarred to five years in prison in May after convicting him of raping a young woman he met in 2018 in the city of Saint-Tropez in southeastern France, in a case that lasted four days in court, while the Moroccan artist continued to deny the accusation, and his defense team called for his acquittal.
Two Contradictory Narratives
The details of the case date back to 2018, when Laura Prioul, who was working as a waitress at the time, met Saad Lamjarred inside a nightclub before heading with him to the hotel where he was staying.
Prioul accused him of assaulting her inside his room, while Lamjarred maintains a different narrative, asserting that the encounter was consensual.
