لقي 3 أشخاص مصرعهم وأصيب 3 آخرون في حادث تصادم وقع أمام المتحف المصري الكبير، بعدما اصطدمت سيارة كانت تقل عددًا من العمال بمترو المتحف، ما أدى إلى انقلابها.
وأفادت مصادر أمنية بأن السيارة كانت تقل مجموعة من العمال عندما وقع التصادم، لتسفر الحادثة عن سقوط قتلى ومصابين، فيما انتقلت الأجهزة المعنية إلى موقع الحادث فور تلقي البلاغ.
وبحسب المعلومات الأولية، تركز الجهات المختصة في تحقيقاتها على معرفة كيفية وصول السيارة إلى مسار مترو المتحف المصري الكبير، والوقوف على ملابسات التصادم الذي سبق انقلاب المركبة.
وجرى نقل المصابين إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج والرعاية الطبية، بينما نُقلت جثامين المتوفين تحت تصرف النيابة العامة، تمهيدًا لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية والتصريح بالدفن.
وتواصل الجهات المعنية معاينة موقع الحادث وفحص ملابساته، بهدف تحديد تسلسل الأحداث والوقوف على أسباب التصادم والمسؤوليات المرتبطة به.
Three people were killed and three others were injured in a collision that occurred in front of the Grand Egyptian Museum, after a vehicle carrying a number of workers collided with the museum's metro, causing it to overturn.
Security sources reported that the vehicle was carrying a group of workers when the collision occurred, resulting in fatalities and injuries, while the relevant authorities rushed to the scene of the accident upon receiving the report.
According to preliminary information, the concerned authorities are focusing their investigations on how the vehicle reached the track of the Grand Egyptian Museum metro and are looking into the circumstances of the collision that preceded the vehicle's overturning.
The injured were transferred to the hospital for treatment and medical care, while the bodies of the deceased were handed over to the public prosecution, in preparation for completing the legal procedures and obtaining burial permits.
The relevant authorities continue to examine the accident site and investigate its circumstances, aiming to determine the sequence of events and identify the causes of the collision and the associated responsibilities.
