كشفت مصادر «عكاظ» أن استقالة المدير الرياضي المكلف في النادي الأهلي أسامة هوساوي جاءت على خلفية اختلاف في الرؤى مع اللجنة التنفيذية بشأن مستقبل مدرب الفريق الأول الهولندي مارينو بوسيتش، بعد مطالبة هوساوي بعدم استمراره في منصبه خلال المرحلة القادمة.
وبحسب مصادر «عكاظ»، فإن هوساوي أبدى عدم قناعته باستمرار بوسيتش على رأس الجهاز الفني، وطالب بإقالته والبحث عن جهاز فني بديل، في ظل عدم رضا عدد من لاعبي الفريق عن العمل الفني للمدرب، وقناعتهم بأنه لم يقدم الإضافة الفنية المنتظرة للفريق منذ توليه المهمة.
وأوضحت المصادر أن رؤية هوساوي اصطدمت برفض اللجنة التنفيذية إقالة المدرب الهولندي، وتمسكها باستمراره، الأمر الذي وسّع دائرة الاختلاف بشأن إدارة الملف الفني للفريق الأول، ودفع هوساوي إلى تقديم استقالته من منصبه.
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن اللجنة التنفيذية تتمسك باستمرار بوسيتش، ولا تتجه في الوقت الراهن إلى إقالته، في ظل رغبتها في منحه فرصة مواصلة مهمته وفق العقد المبرم معه.
وتأتي استقالة هوساوي بعد فترة قصيرة من تكليفه بإدارة الملف الرياضي خلفاً للبرتغالي روي بيدرو، لتفتح من جديد ملف الصلاحيات وآلية اتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالفريق الأول داخل النادي الأهلي.
وكانت تقارير منشورة اليوم قد أكدت تقدم هوساوي باستقالته، وأرجعت الخطوة إلى اختلافات في الرؤى وعدم حصوله على كامل الصلاحيات، فيما تكشف «عكاظ» أن ملف استمرار بوسيتش كان أحد أبرز نقاط الخلاف التي قادت إلى الاستقالة.
Sources from "Okaz" revealed that the resignation of the acting sports director at Al-Ahli Club, Osama Hossawi, came against the backdrop of a difference in visions with the executive committee regarding the future of the first team coach, Dutchman Marino Pusic, after Hossawi requested that he not continue in his position during the upcoming phase.
According to sources from "Okaz," Hossawi expressed his dissatisfaction with Pusic's continuation at the head of the coaching staff and demanded his dismissal and the search for an alternative coaching staff, amid dissatisfaction from several players regarding the coach's technical work and their belief that he has not provided the expected technical contribution to the team since taking on the role.
The sources clarified that Hossawi's vision clashed with the executive committee's refusal to dismiss the Dutch coach, as they insisted on his continuation, which widened the gap of disagreement regarding the management of the technical file for the first team and led Hossawi to submit his resignation from his position.
The sources indicated that the executive committee is committed to Pusic's continuation and is not currently inclined to dismiss him, as they wish to give him the opportunity to continue his mission according to the contract signed with him.
Hossawi's resignation comes shortly after he was tasked with managing the sports file following the Portuguese Rui Pedro, reopening the discussion on the powers and decision-making mechanisms related to the first team within Al-Ahli Club.
Published reports today confirmed that Hossawi submitted his resignation, attributing the step to differences in visions and not having full powers, while "Okaz" reveals that the issue of Pusic's continuation was one of the main points of contention that led to the resignation.
