كشف المتحدث الرسمي باسم السجل العقاري يزيد اليحيا عن استمرار أعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار في المناطق المعلنة حتى بعد انتهاء مدة التسجيل المحددة، وقال لـ«عكاظ» إنه بإمكان ملاك العقارات استكمال إجراءات تسجيل عقاراتهم لدى السجل العقاري.

وبيّن أن إجراء أي تصرف عقاري، مثل البيع أو الإفراغ أو الرهن أو الفرز والدمج، في المناطق التي طُبق فيها حصر التصرفات عبر السجل العقاري، يتطلب استكمال التسجيل العيني للعقار أولاً، ثم تنفيذ التصرف المطلوب عبر السجل.
وأشار المتحدث إلى أن حصر التصرفات العقارية يُطبق حالياً في مدينة الرياض ومنطقة حائل، وتسع مدن في المنطقة الشرقية، هي: الدمام، الخبر، الظهران، القطيف، الجبيل، البيضاء، رأس تنورة، بقيق، الخفجي. وأن الإعلان عن انتقال بقية المدن والمناطق إلى حصر التصرفات عبر السجل العقاري سيتم تباعاً بعد استكمال أعمال التسجيل العيني فيها.
The official spokesperson for the real estate registry, Yazid Al-Yahya, revealed that the work of property registration continues in the announced areas even after the specified registration period has ended. He told "Okaz" that property owners can complete the registration procedures for their properties with the real estate registry.

He explained that any real estate transaction, such as sale, transfer, mortgage, or subdivision and merging, in the areas where the registration of transactions through the real estate registry has been implemented, requires the completion of the property registration first, and then the desired transaction is executed through the registry.
The spokesperson indicated that the registration of real estate transactions is currently being implemented in the city of Riyadh and the Hail region, and in nine cities in the Eastern Province, which are: Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif, Jubail, Al-Baida, Ras Tanura, Buqayq, and Al-Khafji. He stated that the announcement regarding the transition of the remaining cities and regions to the registration of transactions through the real estate registry will be made successively after the completion of the property registration work in them.
