أعلنت القوات المسلحة اليمنية، اليوم الاثنين، تنفيذ 356 عملية استهداف دقيقة خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية، ضد أهداف عسكرية تابعة لمليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية في عدد من الجبهات والمحاور.
وأوضح الناطق الرسمي للقوات المسلحة اليمنية العقيد الركن ماجد عبدالله النزيلي، أن العمليات استهدفت تعزيزات وقدرات عسكرية للمليشيا الحوثية في جبهات الساحل، وحرض، والطوال، وكتاف والبقع، ومحور علب، والجوف، ومأرب، ولحج، وتعز، والبيضاء.
تدمير مراكز قيادة ومخازن أسلحة
وبحسب التقديرات الميدانية، أسفرت العمليات عن تحييد 476 عنصراً من المليشيا بين قتيل وجريح، إضافة إلى تدمير عدد من مراكز القيادة والسيطرة ومخازن الأسلحة ومدفعية الميدان، وإعطاب وتدمير عدد من الأنظمة والعربات والآليات العسكرية التابعة للمليشيا.
واتهم الناطق الرسمي مليشيا الحوثي باستخدام المدنيين دروعاً بشرية، وتحويل عدد من المدارس في تعز إلى مراكز قيادة وسيطرة ومخازن أسلحة ومستودعات تموين عسكرية.
وأشار إلى أن القوات المسلحة مستمرة في رصد واستهداف التعزيزات ومصادر التهديد، مؤكداً مواصلة العمليات ضد الأهداف العسكرية المشروعة التابعة للمليشيا، وفق القانون الدولي الإنساني وقواعده العرفية.
وشدد على أن القوات المسلحة ماضية في حماية المواطنين واستعادة الأمن والاستقرار وفرض سيادة القانون، داعياً المغرر بهم في صفوف المليشيا إلى النجاة بأنفسهم ما داموا قادرين على ذلك.
The Yemeni armed forces announced today, Monday, the execution of 356 precise targeting operations in the past 24 hours against military targets belonging to the Houthi terrorist militia across several fronts and axes.
The official spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces, Colonel Majid Abdullah Al-Nazili, clarified that the operations targeted reinforcements and military capabilities of the Houthi militia in the coastal fronts, Haradh, Al-Tawal, Kutaf, Al-Buqaa, the Alab axis, Al-Jawf, Marib, Lahij, Taiz, and Al-Bayda.
Destruction of Command Centers and Weapon Depots
According to field estimates, the operations resulted in neutralizing 476 militia members, either killed or wounded, in addition to destroying several command and control centers, weapon depots, and field artillery, as well as damaging and destroying a number of systems, vehicles, and military equipment belonging to the militia.
The official spokesperson accused the Houthi militia of using civilians as human shields and converting several schools in Taiz into command and control centers, weapon depots, and military supply warehouses.
He pointed out that the armed forces continue to monitor and target reinforcements and sources of threat, affirming the continuation of operations against legitimate military targets belonging to the militia, in accordance with international humanitarian law and its customary rules.
He emphasized that the armed forces are committed to protecting citizens, restoring security and stability, and enforcing the rule of law, calling on those misled within the militia ranks to save themselves as long as they are able to do so.
