أصدرت أسرة الفنانة المصرية الراحلة هند رستم بياناً شديد اللهجة تحذر فيه من أي انتهاك لحقوق الملكية الفكرية للفنانة، بعد قيام بعض مستخدمي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بالإعلان والترويج لمسلسل درامي بعنوان «هنومة» يزعم تناول قصة حياتها، رغم رفض الأسرة القاطع للمشروع.
تحذيرات قانونية واضحة
وحدد البيان الأشخاص المعنيين بالأحرف الأولى (م.ر) و (م.ا)، متهماً إياهما بالترويج عبر منصة «فيسبوك»، رغم تقديم الأسرة شكاوى رسمية ضدهما في سبتمبر ونوفمبر 2024. وأكد الورثة أن هذه الأفعال تشكل انتهاكاً صريحاً لقوانين حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية وقوانين مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات، إضافة إلى اللوائح الخاصة بالصحافة والنشر.
دعوة عامة للالتزام بالقانون
ووجه الورثة تحذيرات مباشرة للمنتجين بعدم الاستمرار في النشر أو الترويج لأي مادة تتعلق بسيرة الفنانة، كما حذروا جميع شركات الإنتاج، والقنوات الفضائية، والمنصات الرقمية، والكتّاب، والمخرجين، والممثلين من المشاركة في هذا العمل بأي صورة.
التزام الأسرة بالإجراءات القانونية
وأكد البيان أن الأسرة لن تتهاون في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الجنائية والمدنية كافة ضد أي فرد أو كيان يتورط في استغلال اسم وتاريخ هند رستم دون وجه حق، مشددة على حرصها على حماية الإرث الفني والشخصي للراحلة.
مسلسل «هنومة» والموروث الفني
يُذكر أن مسلسل «هنومة» مشروع درامي قصير من 10 حلقات، أُعلن عنه في نوفمبر الماضي، ويحمل الاسم تيمناً بالدور الأيقوني الذي قدمته هند رستم في فيلم «باب الحديد» 1958 للمخرج يوسف شاهين، أحد كلاسيكيات السينما المصرية.
وتعد هند رستم، المعروفة بلقب «مارلين مونرو الشرق»، من أبرز أيقونات السينما المصرية، وقدمت عشرات الأعمال السينمائية مع كبار المخرجين مثل حسن الإمام ويوسف شاهين، وامتازت بتنوع أدوارها، واعتزلت الفن عام 1979 لتتفرغ لحياتها الأسرية مع زوجها الدكتور محمد فياض وابنتها بسنت رضا.
The family of the late Egyptian artist Hind Rostom has issued a strongly worded statement warning against any violation of the artist's intellectual property rights, following some social media users announcing and promoting a drama series titled "Hanouma" that claims to depict her life story, despite the family's firm rejection of the project.
Clear Legal Warnings
The statement identified the individuals involved by their initials (M.R) and (M.A), accusing them of promoting the series on the "Facebook" platform, despite the family having filed official complaints against them in September and November 2024. The heirs confirmed that these actions constitute a blatant violation of intellectual property protection laws and laws against cybercrime, in addition to regulations related to journalism and publishing.
A Public Call to Adhere to the Law
The heirs issued direct warnings to producers not to continue publishing or promoting any material related to the artist's biography, and they warned all production companies, television channels, digital platforms, writers, directors, and actors against participating in this work in any form.
The Family's Commitment to Legal Actions
The statement emphasized that the family will not hesitate to take all criminal and civil legal actions against any individual or entity involved in exploiting the name and legacy of Hind Rostom without just cause, stressing their commitment to protecting the artistic and personal legacy of the late artist.
The "Hanouma" Series and the Artistic Heritage
It is worth mentioning that the "Hanouma" series is a short drama project consisting of 10 episodes, announced last November, and is named after the iconic role that Hind Rostom played in the 1958 film "Bab El Hadid" directed by Youssef Chahine, one of the classics of Egyptian cinema.
Hind Rostom, known as the "Marilyn Monroe of the East," is one of the most prominent icons of Egyptian cinema, having starred in dozens of films with renowned directors such as Hassan Imam and Youssef Chahine. She was distinguished by the diversity of her roles and retired from the arts in 1979 to focus on her family life with her husband Dr. Mohamed Fayyad and their daughter Basant Reda.
