وأمام هذا التدهور المخيف، واجه الأطباء إنكاراً متكرراً من المراهق الذي حاول إخفاء حقيقة تدخينه السجائر الإلكترونية، قبل أن تقطع الفحوصات الطبية المتقدمة والتصوير المقطعي المحوسب الشك باليقين، وتكشف الصدمة الكبرى: رئتا الصبي مدمرتان تماماً بسبب عامين من تعاطي السجائر الإلكترونية. وبفضل المشيئة الإلهية ثم تدخل طبي عاجل وفريق إنقاذ استثنائي، نجح الأطباء في سحب الفتى من قبضة الموت وإعادته للحياة تدريجياً، ليستعيد أنفاسه الطبيعية شيئاً فشيئاً متحرراً من أجهزة دعم الأكسجين، في جرس إنذار مدوٍ لجيل أدمن سحب الأوهام وتغافل عن ثمنها الباهظ.

In a dangerous precedent that shook the Kemerovo region in Siberia, doctors documented the first devastating case of what is known as "vaping-related lung disease," in a horror journey that began with a simple suspicion of pneumonia and ended in the intensive care unit where the boy's oxygen level plummeted to just 65 percent.
The terrifying tale began when the local Atamanov Clinical Hospital for Children received a teenager from the regional capital "Kemerovo" suffering from severe respiratory distress and signs of general physical poisoning. At first, the doctors believed they were facing a traditional case of pneumonia, so they cautiously dealt with the respiratory failure syndrome, allowing the boy to breathe a sigh of relief and leave the hospital safely. But the joy did not last long; just one month later, the teenager returned, carried on a stretcher to the intensive care unit in extremely critical condition, having suffered from complete and bilateral lung damage, with his blood oxygen levels crashing to catastrophic levels that posed a severe threat to his life.
Faced with this alarming deterioration, the doctors encountered repeated denial from the teenager, who tried to hide the truth about his vaping. However, advanced medical tests and a CT scan put doubt to rest and revealed the shocking truth: the boy's lungs were completely destroyed due to two years of vaping. Thanks to divine will and then urgent medical intervention by an exceptional rescue team, the doctors succeeded in pulling the boy from the grip of death and gradually bringing him back to life, allowing him to regain his natural breaths little by little, freeing him from oxygen support, in a resounding alarm for a generation that has become addicted to inhaling illusions while ignoring their steep price.
