طلب الدكتور أحمد حمد، دفاع المتهم المعروف إعلامياً بـ«القاضي المزيف»، خلال نظر ثاني جلسات محاكمته أمام محكمة جنح عين شمس المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم مصر الجديدة، اليوم، استدعاء وزيري العدل والداخلية، كما طلب رد هيئة المحكمة.
وتنظر المحكمة محاكمة خمسة متهمين في القضية المتهمين فيها بانتحال صفة قضائية واستغلالها في ارتكاب وقائع نصب، إلى جانب تصوير ونشر مقاطع مرئية داخل إحدى المحاكم.
تفاصيل القضية
وكانت النيابة العامة قد رصدت تداول مقطع مرئي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تضمن استغاثة أحد المواطنين من تعرضه لواقعة نصب والاستيلاء على أمواله، بعدما ادعى أحد الأشخاص كذباً صفته كقاضٍ بإحدى الجهات القضائية.
وباشرت النيابة العامة التحقيقات، التي أسفرت عن تحديد المتهم الأول وضبطه، وعُثر بحوزته على سلاح ناري وذخيرة، ووشاح قضائي، وبطاقات تعريفية تحمل صفته المزعومة، فضلاً عن هاتفين محمولين.
انتحال صفة وارتكاب وقائع نصب
وباستجواب المتهم، أقر بانتحال صفة قاضٍ وارتكاب عدة وقائع نصب على مواطنين والاستيلاء على أموالهم، بزعم قدرته على إنهاء إجراءات تخصيص وحدات سكنية لهم.
كما أقر بتصوير ونشر صور ومقاطع مرئية داخل إحدى المحاكم، مرتدياً الوشاح القضائي لإضفاء المصداقية على ادعاءاته، وأرشد إلى اشتراك متهم ثانٍ معه في تلك الوقائع، ومعاونة بعض العاملين بالمحكمة له.
وبفحص الهاتفين المضبوطين، ثبت احتواؤهما على الصور والمقاطع المرئية محل التحقيق، كما تبين ظهور عدد من العاملين بالمحكمة في بعضها.
وجرى ضبط المتهم الثاني، وباستجوابه أقر بمشاركته المتهم الأول في تصوير ونشر المقاطع المرئية والصور، مدعياً على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي صفته كقاضٍ، كما ضبط عدد من العاملين بالمحكمة واستجوابهم، حيث أقروا بصحة ظهورهم في المقاطع محل الفحص، وأنكروا ما نُسب إليهم من اتهامات، موضحين أن المتهم الأول أخبرهم بأنه يعمل بإحدى الهيئات القضائية.

The court is hearing the trial of five defendants in the case, who are accused of impersonating a judicial figure and exploiting this to commit fraud, in addition to filming and publishing video clips inside one of the courts.
Case Details
The Public Prosecution had monitored the circulation of a video clip on social media, which included a plea from a citizen who was a victim of fraud and had his money stolen, after one individual falsely claimed to be a judge from a judicial authority.
The Public Prosecution initiated investigations, which resulted in identifying and apprehending the first defendant, who was found in possession of a firearm and ammunition, a judicial scarf, identification cards bearing his alleged title, as well as two mobile phones.
Impersonation and Committing Fraud
During the interrogation of the defendant, he admitted to impersonating a judge and committing several frauds against citizens, seizing their money under the pretense of being able to expedite the allocation of housing units for them.
He also confessed to filming and publishing images and video clips inside one of the courts while wearing the judicial scarf to lend credibility to his claims, and he indicated the involvement of a second defendant in these acts, along with the assistance of some court employees.
Upon examining the two seized phones, it was confirmed that they contained the images and video clips under investigation, and it was found that several court employees appeared in some of them.
The second defendant was apprehended, and during his interrogation, he admitted to participating with the first defendant in filming and publishing the video clips and images, falsely claiming on social media to be a judge. Several court employees were also apprehended and interrogated, where they confirmed their appearances in the clips under examination but denied the accusations against them, explaining that the first defendant had told them he worked for a judicial authority.
