تحولت محاولة «معاكسة» فتاة إلى جريمة مروّعة في محافظة الشرقية المصرية، بعدما انهال شابان على رجل ضرباً وطعناً، قبل أن يستخدما مادة قابلة للاشتعال ويشعلا النار في جسده، في واقعة صادمة هزّت الشارع المصري.
وتعود تفاصيل الحادثة إلى تلقي الأجهزة الأمنية إخطاراً من أحد المستشفيات باستقبال رجل مصاب بجروح متفرقة وحروق شديدة في أنحاء جسده، إثر اعتداء عنيف. وقالت وزارة الداخلية المصرية إن التحقيقات الأولية كشفت أن المشاجرة بدأت بعدما أقدم أحد الشابين على معاكسة شقيقة المجني عليه، ليتطور الخلاف سريعاً إلى اعتداء دموي استخدم خلاله المتهمان سلاحاً أبيض وطعنوا الرجل قبل إشعال النار فيه.
وسارع الجيران بنقله إلى المستشفى في محاولة لإنقاذه، فيما باشرت الأجهزة الأمنية التحقيق فور وصول البلاغ، وتمكنت من ضبط المتهمين بحوزتهما الأدوات المستخدمة، بعد أن اعترفا بالواقعة.
واتخذت السلطات الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وتواصل الجهات المختصة التحقيق لكشف تفاصيل الحادثة بالكامل، وسط مطالبات متزايدة بتشديد العقوبات على جرائم العنف المتصاعدة.
An attempt to "harass" a girl turned into a horrific crime in Egypt's Sharqia Governorate, after two young men brutally attacked a man, beating and stabbing him, before using a flammable substance to set his body on fire, in a shocking incident that has shaken the Egyptian street.
The details of the incident date back to when security forces received a report from a hospital about a man with multiple injuries and severe burns all over his body, as a result of a violent assault. The Egyptian Ministry of Interior stated that initial investigations revealed that the altercation began when one of the young men attempted to harass the sister of the victim, leading to a bloody confrontation in which the suspects used a sharp weapon to stab the man before setting him on fire.
Neighbors rushed him to the hospital in an attempt to save him, while security forces began their investigation immediately upon receiving the report, managing to apprehend the suspects with the tools used, after they confessed to the incident.
The authorities have taken the necessary legal measures, and the relevant agencies continue to investigate to uncover the full details of the incident, amid increasing calls to tighten penalties for rising violence crimes.
