انتشر على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الجزائر لقطات أثارت جدلاً واسعًا، تظهر مدرّسات يعتدين بالضرب على تلميذ داخل المدرسة، ما أثار موجة غضب بين الأسر والمهتمين بالشأن التربوي.
اللقطات تظهر التلميذ واقفًا في الصف، بينما تتعدى عليه إحدى المدرسات بالضرب، قبل أن ترافقه إحداهما إلى داخل القسم. الحادثة وقعت أمام زملائه، ما يزيد من الضرر النفسي والإحراج للطفل، بحسب خبراء تربويين.
ووصف عضو جمعية أولياء التلاميذ ناصر جيلالي الممارسة بأنها مخالفة صريحة للقانون والتربية السليمة، داعياً إلى تطبيق الإجراءات التأديبية على الطلاب المخالفين حسب القانون وليس وفقاً لمزاج الأساتذة.
وأشار المختص التربوي عمار بلحسن إلى أن بعض المدرسين قد يستخدمون الضرب كوسيلة ردع، ولكن تصوير المشهد ونشره على الإنترنت يزيد الاحتقان ويعطي صورة مشوهة عن الواقع التربوي. وأضاف أن الردع يجب أن يكون محدودًا وأن يتبعه تشجيع الطفل داخل الصف، لتجنب أي تأثير نفسي سلبي طويل الأمد.
الفيديو انتشر كالنار في الهشيم، وتصدر النقاشات في الجزائر، وسط مطالبات بضرورة معاقبة المدرسات وضبط المخالفات لضمان بيئة مدرسية آمنة.
Footage has spread on social media in Algeria, sparking widespread controversy, showing teachers physically assaulting a student inside the school, which has triggered a wave of anger among families and those concerned with educational issues.
The footage shows the student standing in the classroom while one of the teachers hits him, before one of them takes him inside the classroom. The incident occurred in front of his classmates, which increases the psychological harm and embarrassment for the child, according to educational experts.
Member of the Parents' Association, Nasser Djilali, described the practice as a blatant violation of the law and proper education, calling for disciplinary measures to be applied to offending students according to the law and not based on the teachers' moods.
Educational specialist Ammar Belhassen pointed out that some teachers may use physical punishment as a deterrent, but filming the scene and posting it online increases tension and presents a distorted image of the educational reality. He added that deterrence should be limited and followed by encouraging the child in the classroom to avoid any long-term negative psychological effects.
The video spread like wildfire, dominating discussions in Algeria, amid calls for the need to punish the teachers and regulate violations to ensure a safe school environment.
