قضت محكمة الشراقة في العاصمة الجزائرية، أمس (الأربعاء) بتغريم عارضة الأزياء الجزائرية الشهيرة وحيدة قروج، ملكة جمال الجزائر السابقة، بغرامة مالية قدرها 50 ألف دينار جزائري، بتهمة القذف والتهديد بنشر صور خاصة لزميلتها عارضة الأزياء ابتسام العرفي على الإنترنت.
كما أمرت المحكمة بانقضاء الدعوى العمومية ضد زوجها السابق المُتوفى (نجم الدين ب.) بسبب وفاته، في قضية تكشف عن صراعات عميقة داخل عالم الموضة الجزائري، وتأثير وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في تفاقم النزاعات الشخصية.
وتعود ملابسات هذه القضية إلى شكوى رفعتها عارضة الأزياء الجزائرية ابتسام العرفي، أمام وكيل الجمهورية لدى محكمة الشراقة في 22 فبراير 2024، اتهمت زميلتها وحيدة قروج وزوجها السابق بنشر ستّة تسجيلات فيديو على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تحتوي على صور خاصة تمسّ شرفها وتقذفها بتصريحات مهينة.
وأرفقت بالشكوى تسجيلاً صوتياً لصوت رجل اشتبه فيه أن يكون زوج قروج، الذي تُوفي لاحقاً، ما أدى إلى تعقيد الإجراءات القضائية.
وأثناء الجلسة، نفت قروج أي تورط، قائلة: «ليست لي أي علاقة بالقضية، وأطالب بالبراءة»، مشيرة إلى أن الاتهامات ملفقة، ومع ذلك، طالب ممثل الحق العام بعقوبة أشد: «عامين حبساً نافذاً وغرامة 100 ألف دينار»، لكن المحكمة استقرت على الغرامة المالية فقط، مع النظر في ظروف قروج الشخصية، بما في ذلك أنها أم ومتكفلة بوالدتها المريضة.
ويأتي هذا الحكم في وقت تُقضي قروج عقوبة سجن أخرى لمدة عامين نافذة مع غرامة 500 ألف دينار، صادرة عن محكمة العاصمة في يونيو الماضي، بتهمة الاعتداء على مدير أعمالها ونشر فيديو للاعتداء، ما يجعلها تواجه ضغوطاً قانونية مستمرة.
وحققت وحيدة قروج التي ولدت في 1995 بولاية الشراقة، وبدأت مسيرتها في عالم الأزياء في سن 16 عاماً، مشاركة في عروض أزياء محلية ودولية، شهرة واسعة في 2019 بتتويجها بلقب «ملكة جمال التراث الأفريقي»، ثم «ملكة جمال شمال أفريقيا» في 2021، ما جعلها وجهاً معروفاً على «إنستغرام» و«تيك توك»، حيث يتابعها ملايين المتابعين كمؤثرة وصانعة محتوى.
وسرعان ما تحولت إلى رمز للأناقة الجزائرية، لكن حياتها المهنية شهدت اضطرابات، بما في ذلك تورطها في قضايا سابقة مثل المتاجرة بالمخدرات مع زوجها السابق في 2023، والاعتداء على مدير أعمالها في فبراير 2025، إذ نشرت فيديو يظهرها وهي تضربه وتشتمه، مدعية أنه سرب معلومات شخصية عنها.
The court in El Harrach, in the Algerian capital, ruled yesterday (Wednesday) to fine the famous Algerian model Wahida Krouj, a former Miss Algeria, an amount of 50,000 Algerian dinars, on charges of defamation and threatening to publish private photos of her colleague, model Ibtissam Al-Orfi, online.
The court also ordered the dismissal of the public prosecution case against her deceased ex-husband (Nadjim Eddine B.) due to his death, in a case that reveals deep conflicts within the Algerian fashion world and the impact of social media in exacerbating personal disputes.
The circumstances of this case date back to a complaint filed by the Algerian model Ibtissam Al-Orfi before the public prosecutor at the El Harrach court on February 22, 2024, accusing her colleague Wahida Krouj and her ex-husband of publishing six video recordings on social media, containing private images that harm her honor and defame her with insulting statements.
The complaint was accompanied by an audio recording of a man's voice suspected to be Krouj's husband, who later passed away, complicating the judicial proceedings.
During the session, Krouj denied any involvement, stating: "I have no connection to the case, and I demand acquittal," indicating that the accusations are fabricated. Nevertheless, the public prosecutor requested a harsher penalty: "Two years of effective imprisonment and a fine of 100,000 dinars," but the court settled on the financial penalty only, considering Krouj's personal circumstances, including that she is a mother and responsible for her sick mother.
This ruling comes at a time when Krouj is serving another prison sentence of two years with a fine of 500,000 dinars, issued by the capital court last June, on charges of assaulting her manager and publishing a video of the assault, which puts her under continuous legal pressure.
Wahida Krouj, born in 1995 in El Harrach, began her career in the fashion world at the age of 16, participating in local and international fashion shows. She gained widespread fame in 2019 when she was crowned "Miss African Heritage," followed by "Miss North Africa" in 2021, making her a well-known figure on Instagram and TikTok, where she is followed by millions as an influencer and content creator.
She quickly became a symbol of Algerian elegance, but her professional life has seen disruptions, including her involvement in previous cases such as drug trafficking with her ex-husband in 2023, and assaulting her manager in February 2025, where she published a video showing her hitting and insulting him, claiming that he leaked personal information about her.
