وبحسب تحريات الأجهزة الأمنية استُدرج الضحية إلى منزل الجاني، حيث تعرّض لضرب مبرّح أدى إلى وفاته، ثم قطّع الجاني جثة الضحية إلى أشلاء باستخدام منشار كهربائي «صاروخ كهربائي»، ثم وزّعها في أكياس بلاستيكية ووضعها في حقيبة مدرسية، قبل أن يُلْقي بها بجوار مول تجاري شهير.
التحقيقات الأولية أكدت أن الدافع يعود إلى خلاف بسيط بين الطفلين، ما يثير تساؤلات حول تأثير العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية على الأطفال في هذا العمر.
اختفاء الضحية والبداية المأساوية
بدأت القصة الثلاثاء الماضي، عندما تلقت إدارة البحث الجنائي بمديرية أمن الإسماعيلية بلاغاً من أسرة الضحية باختفاء ابنهم بعد الخروج من المدرسة في منطقة المحطة الجديدة.
الطفل، الذي كان يتمتع بحياة عادية كأي طفل في الـ12 من عمره، لم يعد إلى المنزل بعد انتهاء الدوام المدرسي، ما أثار القلق والريبة لدى الأسرة، وبدأت في البحث عنه في الشوارع المجاورة، لكن دون جدوى.
في اليوم التالي، 15 أكتوبر، عثر مواطنون على أكياس بلاستيكية مشبوهة ملقاة بجوار مول شهير بالإسماعيلية، تحتوي على أشلاء بشرية صغيرة.
وعلى الفور أبلغت الأسرة الشرطة، ما دفع قوة من المباحث إلى الحضور إلى الموقع، وفرضت طوقاً أمنياً حول المنطقة، وأجرت معاينة أولية أكدت أن الأشلاء تعود لطفل في سن المراهقة المبكرة.
وتم نقل الجثة إلى ثلاجة مستشفى جامعة قناة السويس تحت تصرف النيابة العامة، حيث أجرت التشريح الجنائي الذي أظهر أن الوفاة ناتجة عن إصابات رأس شديدة ناجمة عن ضرب بعصا خشبية، تلاها تقطيع الجثة بأداة كهربائية حادة.
طفل يتحول إلى مجرم
كانت المفاجأة الكبرى عندما وجهت التحريات إلى زميل الضحية في المدرسة، طفل يبلغ 13 عاماً، يعيش في نفس الحي، استدرج صديقه إلى منزله بحجة المذاكرة معاً واللعب، مستغلاً الثقة بينهما كزميلين دراسيين.
ووفقاً للتحقيقات، نشب خلاف كلامي بين الطفلين قبل أيام، حيث وجه الضحية إهانة لأم الجاني، ما أثار غضبه الشديد ودفعه إلى التخطيط للانتقام.
وفي المنزل، الذي يقع في حي أول الإسماعيلية، اعتدى الجاني على صديقه بعصا خشبية، موجهاً ضربات متكررة على الرأس حتى فارق الحياة، ولم يتوقف الأمر هنا؛ بل استخدم الطفل منشاراً كهربائياً «صاروخاً كهربائياً» يعود لوالده، الذي يعمل نجاراً، لتقطيع الجثمان إلى أشلاء صغيرة، ثم وضعها في حقيبة مدرسية وألقاها في المكان العام لإخفاء الجريمة.
واعترف الجاني أمام النيابة بأنه تصرف بهذه الطريقة خوفاً من اكتشاف الجريمة، وأنكر وجود مساعدين آخرين له، رغم الشكوك حول قدرته على إتمام التقطيع بمفرده في سن صغيرة.
سرعة الضبط ومعاينة المسرح
بدورها، راجعت إدارة البحث الجنائي بالإسماعيلية كاميرات المراقبة في المنطقة، وسُمِعَت أقوال شهود عيان، ما أدى إلى تحديد هوية الجاني وضبطه في غضون ساعات قليلة من العثور على الأشلاء.
كما انتقلت نيابة الطفل بالإسماعيلية إلى مسرح الجريمة في منزل الجاني، حيث عُثِرَ على آثار دماء وأدوات الجريمة، بما في ذلك العصا الخشبية والمنشار الكهربائي، وأمرت النيابة بإجراء تحاليل نفسية للجاني لتحديد ما إذا كان يعاني من اضطرابات، كما طلبت استجواب الأسرتين لفهم السياق الاجتماعي.

According to the investigations by the security agencies, the victim was lured to the perpetrator's home, where he was subjected to severe beating that led to his death. The perpetrator then dismembered the victim's body using a power saw, and distributed the remains in plastic bags, placing them in a school bag before disposing of it next to a famous shopping mall.
Initial investigations confirmed that the motive stemmed from a minor dispute between the two boys, raising questions about the impact of psychological and social factors on children at this age.
The Victim's Disappearance and the Tragic Beginning
The story began last Tuesday when the Criminal Investigation Department of Ismailia Security received a report from the victim's family about their son’s disappearance after leaving school in the New Station area.
The boy, who had been living a normal life like any 12-year-old, did not return home after school hours, which raised concern and suspicion within the family, prompting them to search for him in the nearby streets, but to no avail.
The next day, October 15, citizens found suspicious plastic bags discarded next to a famous mall in Ismailia, containing small human remains.
The family immediately notified the police, prompting a team from the investigations to arrive at the scene, where they established a security cordon around the area and conducted an initial examination confirming that the remains belonged to an early teenage boy.
The body was transferred to the freezer of the Suez Canal University Hospital under the supervision of the Public Prosecution, which conducted a forensic autopsy revealing that the death resulted from severe head injuries caused by blows from a wooden stick, followed by dismemberment with a sharp electric tool.
A Child Turns into a Criminal
The biggest surprise came when investigations pointed to the victim's schoolmate, a 13-year-old boy living in the same neighborhood, who lured his friend to his home under the pretext of studying together and playing, exploiting the trust between them as classmates.
According to the investigations, a verbal dispute had erupted between the two boys a few days prior, during which the victim insulted the perpetrator's mother, provoking his intense anger and leading him to plan for revenge.
In the house, located in the First Ismailia neighborhood, the perpetrator attacked his friend with a wooden stick, delivering repeated blows to the head until he lost his life. The matter did not stop there; the child then used an electric saw belonging to his father, who works as a carpenter, to dismember the body into small pieces, placing them in a school bag and discarding it in a public area to conceal the crime.
The perpetrator confessed before the prosecution that he acted this way out of fear of the crime being discovered, denying the presence of any accomplices, despite doubts about his ability to carry out the dismemberment alone at such a young age.
Rapid Arrest and Scene Examination
For its part, the Criminal Investigation Department in Ismailia reviewed surveillance cameras in the area and heard eyewitness accounts, which led to identifying and apprehending the perpetrator within a few hours of finding the remains.
The Child Prosecution in Ismailia also visited the crime scene at the perpetrator's home, where traces of blood and crime tools were found, including the wooden stick and the electric saw. The prosecution ordered psychological evaluations for the perpetrator to determine if he suffers from any disorders and requested to interrogate both families to understand the social context.
