أصدرت النيابة العامة بمنطقة الشيخ زايد في القاهرة قراراً جنائياً بتغريم الفنان المصري أحمد السقا مبلغ 200 جنيه، بعد اتهامه بالتعدي على طليقته الإعلامية مها الصغير وسائقها داخل أحد الكمبوندات السكنية الفاخرة بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر.
وجاء القرار بعد أن رأت النيابة أن الواقعة تندرج ضمن الجنح البسيطة التي لا تستوجب الإحالة إلى المحكمة، واكتفت بتوقيع غرامة مالية استناداً إلى المواد من 323 إلى 330 من قانون الإجراءات الجنائية، التي تتيح للنيابة إصدار أوامر جنائية مباشرة في بعض القضايا دون عرضها على القاضي.
وكانت مها الصغير قد حررت محضراً رسمياً اتهمت فيه طليقها أحمد السقا بالتعدي عليها لفظياً وبدنياً، بمشاركة سائقها، حيث ذكرا في التحقيقات أن السقا اعترض طريقهما داخل كمبوند «سيتي فيو» بسيارته، وتبعت ذلك مشادة كلامية تطورت إلى اعتداء جسدي، وفق ما ورد في أقوال الشاكيين بمحضر الشرطة.
The Public Prosecution in Sheikh Zayed area of Cairo issued a criminal decision to fine the Egyptian artist Ahmed El Sakka an amount of 200 Egyptian pounds, after he was accused of assaulting his ex-wife, the media personality Maha El Saghir, and her driver inside one of the luxury residential compounds in 6th of October City.
The decision came after the prosecution deemed that the incident falls under minor offenses that do not require referral to court, and it sufficed with imposing a financial penalty based on articles 323 to 330 of the Criminal Procedure Law, which allows the prosecution to issue direct criminal orders in certain cases without presenting them to a judge.
Maha El Saghir had filed an official report accusing her ex-husband Ahmed El Sakka of verbally and physically assaulting her, with the involvement of her driver. They stated in the investigations that El Sakka blocked their way inside the "City View" compound with his car, followed by a verbal altercation that escalated into physical assault, according to the statements of the complainants in the police report.
