The Ministry of Education has launched a new electronic service for school principals that involves closing the school day through the education portal by filling out the closure form at the end of each school day throughout the week.

This service enables school principals to document the execution of essential tasks during the school day, verify the completion of school requirements for the educational process, and record observations and actions taken in case of any issues during the school day, ensuring quality performance and achieving school work objectives.

The closure form includes the attendance and absence of students, the attendance and absence of teachers, safety and security, maintenance and cleanliness, end-of-day duty, monitoring the departure of students, and ensuring the safety of exit procedures, as well as recording behavioral violations of students.

Access to the service is through the education portal, where the school day closure service is selected, the form is filled out, and the required items are answered according to the actual situation of the school day. Actions taken in case of any issues or shortcomings are recorded, followed by reviewing the data and ensuring its accuracy before confirming the closure.
