السعودية تعزز مكانتها في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتنضم إلى OECD

In a new step that confirms its leading role in building a secure and reliable global system for artificial intelligence, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), has joined the OECD recommendation on artificial intelligence, which is the first international standard concerned with the governance of this field.

This membership comes as an extension of the Kingdom's efforts to establish principles of responsible governance for artificial intelligence, support innovation, and enhance trust in technological applications, including generative and general artificial intelligence. The Kingdom launched, in collaboration with the organization, an Arabic-language AI Risk Observatory and achieved third place globally in the AI Policy Observatory.

SDAIA continues its efforts in developing regulatory frameworks, granting accreditation certificates, and launching national and international initiatives that promote the ethical and responsible use of modern technologies, supporting the achievement of the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
