قررت محكمة في باريس تأجيل محاكمة الفنان المغربي سعد لمجرد، التي كانت مقررة بين 2 و6 يونيو الجاري، بعد تقديم أدلة جديدة يُعتقد أنها قد تؤثر على مسار القضية وتغير مجريات المحاكمة بشكل جوهري. وتعود التهمة الموجهة للفنان إلى قضية اغتصاب وعنف أثارت جدلاً واسعاً منذ سنوات.
وأكدت الفنانة المغربية نزهة الركراكي (والدة سعد لمجرد) أن هذا التأجيل يصب في مصلحة نجلها، مشيرة إلى أنها تفضل عدم التعليق حالياً على تفاصيل القضية، رغم تعاطف الجمهور ودعمه المتواصل.
وتداولت وسائل إعلام بياناً منسوباً لإدارة أعمال سعد لمجرد، يفيد بتلقيه عروض تسوية من طرف مقربين من المدعية، منذ ديسمبر 2024، تتضمن مقترحاً بتنازل الطرف المدني عن الاتهام خلال جلسات المحاكمة، مقابل دفع مبلغ مالي يصل إلى ثلاثة ملايين يورو.
القضية التي حظيت باهتمام واسع في الإعلام الفرنسي والعربي تعود إلى الواجهة مجدداً، في انتظار الموعد الجديد الذي ستحدده المحكمة للنظر في الأدلة المستجدة والحسم في التهم الموجهة للفنان المغربي.
