وقع نادي الرياض رسمياً عقداً مع المدرب الأوروغوياني دانيال كارينيو لتولي قيادة الفريق الكروي الأول خلال الفترة القادمة، وذلك في خطوة تهدف إلى رفع جاهزية الفريق وتعزيز الاستقرار الفني. ويأتي الإعلان الرسمي مطابقاً لما انفردت «عكاظ» بنشره مسبقاً حول اتفاق النادي مع المدرب.
ويُعد كارينيو أحد أبرز الأسماء التي عرفها الدوري السعودي، إذ قاد فريق النصر لتحقيق لقب الدوري في موسم 2013–2014، كما خاض تجارب متعددة مع أندية الشباب والوحدة والحزم، قبل أن يحسم وجهته الجديدة نحو نادي الرياض.
وأعلن نادي الرياض عبر حسابه الرسمي إتمام التوقيع مع المدرب، مؤكداً توليه المسؤولية الفنية للفريق الأول.
The Riyadh Club has officially signed a contract with Uruguayan coach Daniel Carreno to lead the first football team during the upcoming period, in a move aimed at enhancing the team's readiness and strengthening technical stability. The official announcement aligns with what "Okaz" previously reported about the club's agreement with the coach.
Carreno is considered one of the most prominent names in the Saudi league, having led Al-Nassr to win the league title in the 2013–2014 season. He has also had multiple experiences with the clubs Al-Shabab, Al-Wahda, and Al-Hazm, before deciding on his new destination at Riyadh Club.
The Riyadh Club announced through its official account the completion of the signing with the coach, confirming his assumption of the technical responsibility for the first team.
