دخلت مباراة المغرب وإسبانيا في كأس العالم للشباب المقامة حالياً في تشيلي، التاريخ من أوسع أبوابه عندما أصبحت أول مباراة في التاريخ يتم خلالها استخدام البطاقة الخضراء، عندما استخدام مدرب منتخب المغرب محمد وهبي حقه في طلب البطاقة الخضراء عند الدقيقه 78 للاعتراض على ركلة جزاء احتسبها الحكم لصالح منتخب إسبانيا.
يذكر أن البطاقة الخضراء مخصصة للمدربين فقط، وتنص على حقهم في الاعتراض على أي قرار تحكيمي وطلب مراجعة تقنية الـ VAR على غرار المستخدم في رياضتي كرة السلة والتنس، وتنص قوانين استخدام البطاقة الخضراء على الآتي:
* يحق للمدرب استخدام الكارت الأخضر مرتين فقط في المباراة.
* يجب إشهاره خلال ثوانٍ معدودة من وقوع الحالة محل الجدل.
* عقب ذلك، يقوم الحكم بمراجعة الفيديو لحسم القرار.
من جانبه أبدى ديدييه ديشان، المدير الفني لمنتخب فرنسا، دعمه لتجربة القاعدة الجديدة المعروفة باسم «البطاقة الخضراء»، التي تُطبَّق حالياً في بطولة كأس العالم تحت 20 عاماً في تشيلي. تُتيح هذه القاعدة للمدربين الاعتراض على قرارات الحكام واللجوء لتقنية حكم الفيديو «فار» بحد أقصى مرتين خلال المباراة.
وخلال مؤتمر صحافي، أكد ديشان أن الفكرة تحمل إيجابيات وسلبيات، مشيراً إلى ضرورة تطويرها إذا اقتضت الحاجة، مع التأكيد على أنها خطوة مهمة لتقليل الأخطاء والظلم في المباريات. وأضاف أن استخدامها يجب أن يكون بحكمة، لأن الظلم في كرة القدم يصعب تقبله، وأن أي قاعدة تساهم في تحسين اللعبة تستحق الدعم.
