أعلنت لجنة الاستئناف بالاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم عن صدور قرارها في ملف الاستئناف المقدم من نادي الوحدة، والمتعلق بالمباراة التي جمعت فريقه بنادي العلا ضمن منافسات دوري يلو للدرجة الأولى للمحترفين للموسم الرياضي 2025-2026، والتي أقيمت بتاريخ 22 يناير 2026.
وجاء في القرار، رقم (5/ل إ س/2026 (25-26)) الصادر بتاريخ 18 فبراير 2026، قبول الاستئناف من حيث الشكل والمضمون، وإلغاء القرار السابق للجنة الانضباط والأخلاق رقم (241/ل ض/2026) بتاريخ 29 يناير 2026.
وأكدت اللجنة ثبوت مخالفة نادي العلا للفقرة الفرعية (3/1) من الفقرة (1) من المادة (58) من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق، لعدم أهلية مشاركة اللاعب ماتيا ناستاسيتش في المباراة، وقررت إلغاء نتيجة المباراة واعتبار فريق العلا خاسرًا بنتيجة (3/صفر) لصالح الوحدة.
كما ألزمت اللجنة نادي العلا بدفع غرامة مالية قدرها 37,500 ريال سعودي، وإيقاف مدير الفريق، محمد عبدالله صنيتان المطيري، لمدة شهرين في جميع المباريات الرسمية، وإعادة رسوم الاحتجاج والاستئناف إلى حساب نادي الوحدة.
ويعد القرار قابلًا للطعن وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم.
The Appeals Committee of the Saudi Football Federation announced its decision regarding the appeal submitted by Al-Wehda Club, related to the match that brought its team together with Al-Ula Club in the Yelo League for the first division of professionals for the sports season 2025-2026, which took place on January 22, 2026.
The decision, numbered (5/ل إ س/2026 (25-26)), issued on February 18, 2026, accepted the appeal in terms of form and substance, and annulled the previous decision of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee numbered (241/ل ض/2026) dated January 29, 2026.
The committee confirmed that Al-Ula Club violated subparagraph (3/1) of paragraph (1) of Article (58) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations, due to the ineligibility of player Matija Nastasić to participate in the match, and decided to annul the match result, considering Al-Ula's team to have lost with a score of (3-0) in favor of Al-Wehda.
The committee also obliged Al-Ula Club to pay a financial penalty of 37,500 Saudi Riyals, and suspended the team manager, Mohammed Abdullah Sunitan Al-Mutairi, for two months in all official matches, and to return the protest and appeal fees to Al-Wehda Club's account.
The decision is subject to appeal according to the regulations in force in the Saudi Football Federation.
