دخلت دعوى المطالبة بأتعاب محاماة ومستحقات مالية تخصُّ النجم المصري محمد صلاح مرحلة حاسمة، بعد قرار المحكمة تأجيل نظر القضية إلى جلسة الغد لأداء اليمين الحاسمة والفصل في النزاع.
وجاء قرار التأجيل من محكمة مدني القاهرة الجديدة، التي تنظر الدعوى المقامة من أحد المحامين، الذي يطالب اللاعب بسداد أتعاب ومبالغ مالية مقابل أعمال قانونية يقول إنه باشرها لصالحه خلال فترة سابقة.
وحددت المحكمة صيغة اليمين الحاسمة التي تتضمن نفي قيام المحامي بأي أعمال قانونية أو إدارية لمصلحة اللاعب، أو استحقاقه لأي مقابل مالي نظير تلك الأعمال. وأوضحت أن عدم حضور محمد صلاح لأداء اليمين أو الامتناع عنها يترتب عليه قانوناً آثار إجرائية مرتبطة بالدعوى؛ باعتباره نكولاًا عن أدائها وفق القواعد القانونية المنظمة لذلك.
وتعود جذور القضية إلى سبتمبر 2025، حين أقام المحامي دعواه مؤكداً أنه كان يحمل توكيلاً رسمياً يتولى بموجبه عدداً من القضايا والأعمال القانونية الخاصة باللاعب.
وبحسب الدعوى، انتهت الوكالة في أغسطس 2025، إلا أن المحامي تمسّك بأحقيته في الحصول على أتعابه، إلى جانب تعويض عن أضرار مادية ومعنوية قال إنه تعرض لها جراء النزاع.
ومن المقرر أن تشهد جلسة الغد الفصل في القضية بعد استكمال الإجراءات المرتبطة باليمين الحاسمة، والتي تمثل نقطة الارتكاز الرئيسية في مسار الدعوى.
The lawsuit claiming attorney fees and financial dues related to the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah has entered a critical phase, following the court's decision to postpone the hearing of the case to tomorrow for the decisive oath and resolution of the dispute.
The postponement decision came from the New Cairo Civil Court, which is examining the lawsuit filed by a lawyer who is demanding that the player pay fees and amounts for legal work he claims to have carried out on his behalf during a previous period.
The court specified the wording of the decisive oath, which includes denying that the lawyer performed any legal or administrative work for the benefit of the player, or that he is entitled to any financial compensation for such work. It clarified that Mohamed Salah's failure to attend the oath or his refusal to take it will have legal procedural consequences related to the lawsuit, as it would be considered a refusal to perform it according to the legal rules governing this matter.
The roots of the case date back to September 2025, when the lawyer filed his lawsuit asserting that he held an official power of attorney under which he managed several cases and legal matters for the player.
According to the lawsuit, the agency ended in August 2025, but the lawyer insisted on his right to receive his fees, in addition to compensation for material and moral damages he claimed to have suffered due to the dispute.
The session tomorrow is expected to witness a resolution of the case after completing the procedures related to the decisive oath, which represents the main pivot in the course of the lawsuit.
