علمت «عكاظ» من مصادرها أن إدارة نادي الوحدة، برئاسة حازم اللحياني، ستعقد اجتماعاً موسعاً يوم (الإثنين) القادم، لمناقشة عدد من الملفات الإدارية والفنية والاستثمارية، يتقدمها توزيع المهام بين أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، كلٌّ بحسب اختصاصه، واعتماد الأجهزة الإدارية لمختلف ألعاب النادي، واختيار الكفاءات التي تمتلك الخبرة والرؤية الفنية لقيادة العمل الكروي.
كما سيناقش الاجتماع ملف الجهاز الفني للفريق الأول، وفي مقدمته التعاقد مع مدرب جديد خلفاً للبوسني روسميرو، الذي سيرحل عن النادي رسمياً، إلى جانب تحديد موعد انطلاق التدريبات، ومقر المعسكر الإعدادي، وبحث تدعيم الفريق بعناصر محلية وأجنبية خلال فترة الانتقالات.
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن الإدارة ستمنح قطاعات الفئات السنية اهتماماً خاصاً، باعتبارها الركيزة الأساسية لتغذية الفريق الأول بالمواهب الشابة.
According to its sources, "Okaz" learned that the management of Al-Wehda Club, headed by Hazem Al-Lihyani, will hold an extensive meeting next (Monday) to discuss several administrative, technical, and investment files, foremost among them the distribution of tasks among the board members, each according to their specialization, the approval of the administrative bodies for the various sports of the club, and the selection of competencies that possess experience and a technical vision to lead the football work.
Additionally, the meeting will discuss the file of the first team's technical staff, primarily the contract with a new coach to replace the Bosnian Rosmiro, who will officially leave the club, along with determining the start date for training, the location of the preparatory camp, and exploring ways to strengthen the team with local and foreign players during the transfer period.
Sources indicated that the management will give special attention to the youth sectors, considering them the essential foundation for supplying the first team with young talents.
