في تطور درامي هز الوسط الرياضي المصري، أمرت محكمة جنايات الجيزة، المنعقدة بمحكمة شبرا الخيمة، اليوم (السبت)، بحبس اللاعب الدولي رمضان صبحي، نجم نادي بيراميدز والمنتخب المصري، احتياطياً حتى جلسة النطق بالحكم يوم 25 نوفمبر الجاري في قضية تزوير محررات رسمية تتعلق بامتحانات معهد عالٍ للسياحة والفنادق.

جاء القرار بعد اعتراف مذهل من أحد المتورطين، ما يهدد مسيرة اللاعب البالغ من العمر 28 عاماً، الذي كان يُعتبر أحد أبرز نجوم الكرة المصرية في السنوات الأخيرة.
تفاصيل قضية تزوير رمضان صبحي
تعود جذور الواقعة إلى 14 مايو 2025، حين اكتشف وكيل معهد الفراعنة العالي للسياحة والفنادق بمنطقة أبو النمرس في الجيزة شبهة غريبة أثناء مراجعة أسماء الطلاب المقيدين لامتحانات الفرقة الثالثة.
وكان الشاب الذي قدم نفسه باسم رمضان صبحي يبلغ 23 عاماً ويُدعى يوسف م. لا يشبه اللاعب الشهير المعروف بملامحه الرياضية البارزة، وأبلغ الوكيل الجهات الأمنية فوراً، ما أدى إلى ضبط الشاب داخل اللجنة الامتحانية، وتحرير محضر بالواقعة.
ووفقاً لأمر الإحالة الصادر من نيابة جنوب الجيزة الكلية (رقم 528 لسنة 2025)، اعترف يوسف م. أمام النيابة باتفاقه مع رمضان صبحي على أداء الامتحان نيابة عنه مقابل مكافأة مالية غير محددة المبلغ.
كما تورط شخص آخر وهو طارق محمد صالح (45 عاماً)، مالك مقهى بالمقطم، في تنظيم العملية، إضافة إلى فرد أمن إداري وقع توقيعات مزورة على كشوف الحضور والانصراف لإظهار مشاركة اللاعب في الامتحانات على غير الحقيقة. وكشفت التحقيقات أيضاً تزوير كراسات إجابات لامتحانات الفرقة الأولى والثالثة، حيث قدم صبحي بياناته لمجهول لتحرير الإجابات ونسبتها إليه زوراً.
القبض على رمضان صبحي في المطار
وفي يوليو 2025، تصاعدت الأزمة عندما ألقت مباحث مطار القاهرة الدولي القبض على صبحي فور عودته من تركيا، بعد معسكر تدريبي مع فريقه، لتنفيذ قرار ضبط وإحضار صادر ضده، وقضى اللاعب ساعات في الحجز، قبل أن تُخلي سبيله بكفالة 100 ألف جنيه مصري.
ومع ذلك، استمرت التحقيقات، ما أدى إلى إحالته و3 متهمين آخرين إلى محكمة الجنايات بتهم التزوير في محرر رسمي، وهي جريمة قد تصل عقوبتها إلى السجن لمدة تصل إلى 10 سنوات وغرامة مالية كبيرة.

وشهدت جلسة اليوم، الثانية في القضية (رقم 6407 لسنة 2025 جنايات مركز الجيزة)، وصول رمضان صبحي إلى المحكمة برفقة محاميه، وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة.
اللحظة الحاسمة جاءت عند استجواب يوسف م.، الذي كرر اعترافه أمام المحكمة باتفاقه مع صبحي، ما أثار صدمة في القاعة.
وطالب الدفاع بإخلاء سبيل المتهمين بضمانات، مشيراً إلى عدم وجود مبرر قانوني للحبس الاحتياطي، خصوصاً مع إخلاء سبيل صبحي سابقاً، لكن النيابة العامة اعترضت، مطالبة باستمرار الحبس لضمان حضور الجلسات وحماية التحقيق.
وبعد نقاش حاد استمر لأكثر من ساعتين، أصدرت المحكمة قرارها: حبس صبحي وباقي المتهمين احتياطياً حتى جلسة النطق بالحكم المقررة يوم 25 نوفمبر الجاري.

The decision came after a stunning confession from one of the involved parties, threatening the career of the 28-year-old player, who has been considered one of the most prominent stars of Egyptian football in recent years.
Details of Ramadan Sobhi's Forgery Case
The roots of the incident date back to May 14, 2025, when the agent of the Pharaohs Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels in the Abu Nomros area of Giza discovered a strange suspicion while reviewing the names of students registered for the third-year examinations.
The young man who introduced himself as Ramadan Sobhi was 23 years old and named Youssef M., and he did not resemble the famous player known for his distinctive athletic features. The agent immediately informed the security authorities, leading to the young man's arrest inside the examination committee and the drafting of a report on the incident.
According to the referral order issued by the South Giza Public Prosecution (No. 528 of 2025), Youssef M. confessed before the prosecution that he had agreed with Ramadan Sobhi to take the exam on his behalf in exchange for an unspecified financial reward.
Another person, Tarek Mohamed Saleh (45 years old), a café owner in Mokattam, was also involved in organizing the operation, in addition to a security personnel who forged signatures on attendance and departure lists to falsely show the player's participation in the exams. Investigations also revealed the forgery of answer sheets for the first and third-year examinations, where Sobhi provided his details to an unknown person to prepare the answers and falsely attribute them to him.
Ramadan Sobhi's Arrest at the Airport
In July 2025, the crisis escalated when Cairo International Airport detectives arrested Sobhi upon his return from Turkey after a training camp with his team, to execute an arrest warrant issued against him. The player spent hours in detention before being released on a bail of 100,000 Egyptian pounds.
However, investigations continued, leading to his referral along with three other defendants to the criminal court on charges of forgery of an official document, a crime that could result in a prison sentence of up to 10 years and a substantial fine.
Details of Today's Session and Case Postponement
Today's session, the second in the case (No. 6407 of 2025 Giza Criminal Court), witnessed Ramadan Sobhi arriving at the court accompanied by his lawyer, amid tight security measures.
The decisive moment came during the questioning of Youssef M., who repeated his confession before the court regarding his agreement with Sobhi, which caused shock in the courtroom.
The defense requested the release of the defendants on guarantees, pointing out that there was no legal justification for provisional detention, especially with Sobhi having been released previously. However, the public prosecution objected, demanding continued detention to ensure attendance at sessions and protect the investigation.
After a heated discussion that lasted more than two hours, the court issued its decision: to provisionally detain Sobhi and the other defendants until the ruling session scheduled for November 25 of this month.
