أعلن نادي ريال مدريد الإسباني، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، إصابة ظهيره الأيسر الفرنسي فيرلاند ميندي، بعد أيام قليلة فقط من تعافيه من إصابته السابقة.
وقال النادي في بيان عبر موقعه الإلكتروني: «بعد الفحوصات التي أُجريت للاعب فيرلاند ميندي من قبل الخدمات الطبية في ريال مدريد، تبيّن إصابته بتمزق عضلي في العضلة ذات الرأسين الفخذية بالساق اليمنى».

ورغم عدم كشف النادي عن الفترة المتوقعة لغياب اللاعب، ذكرت صحيفة «آس» أن ميندي قد يبتعد عن الملاعب لمدة تصل إلى 3 أسابيع.
وجاءت هذه الإصابة بعد 6 أيام فقط من عودته للمشاركة مع ريال مدريد، عقب غياب دام نحو 7 أشهر بسبب إصابة في الوتر القريب للعضلة المستقيمة الفخذية ضمن عضلات الفخذ الرباعية اليمنى.
ويُعد تاريخ ميندي مع الإصابات طويلاً، إذ تعرض لنحو 18 إصابة منذ انضمامه إلى ريال مدريد في عام 2019 قادماً من أولمبيك ليون الفرنسي.
Real Madrid Club announced today (Tuesday) the injury of their left-back, Frenchman Ferland Mendy, just a few days after recovering from his previous injury.
The club stated in a statement on its website: "After examinations conducted on player Ferland Mendy by the medical services at Real Madrid, it was found that he has a muscle tear in the biceps femoris of the right leg."

Duration of Absence
Although the club did not disclose the expected duration of the player's absence, the newspaper "AS" reported that Mendy could be sidelined for up to 3 weeks.
This injury came just 6 days after his return to participate with Real Madrid, following an absence of about 7 months due to an injury to the proximal tendon of the rectus femoris among the quadriceps muscles of the right thigh.
Mendy's history with injuries is long, as he has suffered around 18 injuries since joining Real Madrid in 2019 from Olympique Lyonnais.
