The Egyptian Al Ahly Club announced today (Tuesday) the termination of its contract with the first team football star Mahmoud Hassan (Trezeguet), in preparation for the player's joining of Al Riyadh Club during the summer transfer period.

The club stated in a statement on its official website that it has ended its contract with Trezeguet after friendly discussions and consultations, along with a financial settlement governed by the special relationship between the player and his club.

Al Ahly expressed its gratitude to Trezeguet for the past period during which he exerted every effort to help his teammates achieve the best results at all levels.

Al Riyadh Club is preparing to announce the signing of the Egyptian international Trezeguet, who will join the team's camp in Austria, in preparation for the new season 2026-2027.
