بدأت كأي رحلة صيفية عائلية مبهجة بحثاً عن الاستجمام والهدوء على شاطئ البحر، لكنها سرعان ما انحرفت عن مسارها لتتحول إلى كابوس مرعب وجريمة مروعة هزت الرأي العام المصري، بعدما انتهت برمي زوجة شابة من شرفة الطابق الثالث لتواجه مصيراً مؤلماً.
النيابة العامة المصرية باشرت تحقيقات موسعة ومكثفة في واقعة شهدتها إحدى المدن الساحلية، بعدما وجهت الضحية «شيماء» (22 عاماً) اتهاماً صريحاً لزوجها ووالدته بمحاولة إنهاء حياتها بشكل وحشي، مما تسبب في إصابتها بكسور بالغة وعجز كامل أفقدها القدرة على الحركة والمشي.
ووفقاً لأقوال الضحية أمام جهات التحقيق، لم تكن هناك أي مؤشرات تنبئ بهذه النهاية الدامية. فالأزمة كلها بدأت من تصرف تراه عفويا بسيطا وحدث على الرمال:
- المزاح القاتل: أثناء وجود الأسرة على الشاطئ، قام زوج شقيقة شيماء برش القليل من الماء عليها على سبيل الدعابة والمزاح لتنبيهها لأمر ما.
- ثورة الغيرة: هذا التصرف البسيط أشعل غيرة وغضب الزوج بشكل جنوني، ليدخل في مشادة كلامية حادة مع زوجته وعائلتها، ورغم محاولات تهدئة الموقف مؤقتاً، إلا أن النيران كانت لا تزال تشتعل في صدره.
لم يكد الزوجان يعودان إلى شقة الإقامة حتى تفجر بركان الغضب، حيث انهال الزوج على شيماء بالضرب المبرح عقاباً لها على ما حدث على الشاطئ.
وفي اليوم التالي، تصاعدت الأحداث بشكل مرعب، إذ خرج الزوج برفقة طفلتهما الصغيرة، ثم عاد إلى الشقة بمفرده حاملاً عصا خشبية، وبدأ بهيستيريا في تخريب وتكسير محتويات وأثاث المنزل. وبحسب رواية الزوجة، كان يخطط لاتهام أسرتها بتخريب الشقة عند وصولهم للتغطية على اعتدائه عليها.
وأخذت الجريمة منعطفاً أكثر قتامة بعد وصول والدة الزوج إلى المكان، حيث تحالف الاثنان ضد الزوجة الشابة (بحسب روايتها):
- الاحتجاز: قام الزوج ووالدته بحبس شيماء داخل غرفة الأطفال لعدة ساعات لقطع أي سبيل لنجدتها أو هروبها.
- شروع في القتل: بعد ساعات من الرعب والاحتجاز، قام المتهمان بحمل الضحية رغماً عنها وإلقائها من شرفة الطابق الثالث لتسقط على الأرض جثة هامدة تقريباً.
وأوضحت شيماء في التحقيقات أنها فقدت وعيها فور سقوطها المرعب من الارتفاع الشاهق، ولم تفتح عينيها إلا داخل غرف المستشفى لتجد نفسها محاطة بالأجهزة الطبية، ومصابة بكسور وجروح بالغة وخطيرة في مختلف أنحاء جسدها، وهي الإصابات التي دمرت عمودها الفقري وتسببت في عجزها التام عن الحركة.
وطالبت الزوجة الشابة بالقصاص العادل واتخاذ أقصى الإجراءات القانونية بحق زوجها ووالدته، معبرة بمرارة عن مأساتها قائلة إنها لم تعد قادرة على المشي بشكل طبيعي، بعد أن تحولت عطلتها الصيفية إلى فخ دمّر حياتها ومستقبلها للأبد.
It began like any joyful family summer trip in search of relaxation and tranquility by the beach, but it quickly veered off course to become a terrifying nightmare and a horrific crime that shook public opinion in Egypt, ending with a young wife being thrown from the third-floor balcony to face a painful fate.
The Egyptian Public Prosecution has initiated extensive and intensive investigations into an incident that took place in one of the coastal cities, after the victim "Shaimaa" (22 years old) explicitly accused her husband and mother-in-law of attempting to end her life in a brutal manner, which resulted in severe fractures and complete disability that deprived her of the ability to move and walk.
According to the victim's statements before the investigative authorities, there were no signs that foreshadowed this bloody ending. The entire crisis began from an action she considered a simple spontaneous act that occurred on the sand:
- Deadly joke: While the family was at the beach, Shaimaa's sister's husband playfully splashed a little water on her to alert her about something.
- Jealous rage: This simple act ignited the husband's jealousy and anger in a crazy way, leading to a heated verbal altercation with his wife and her family. Despite attempts to temporarily calm the situation, the flames were still burning in his chest.
As soon as the couple returned to their apartment, the volcano of anger erupted, as the husband violently beat Shaimaa as punishment for what had happened at the beach.
The following day, events escalated terrifyingly, as the husband left with their young daughter and then returned to the apartment alone carrying a wooden stick, starting to hysterically destroy and break the contents and furniture of the house. According to the wife's account, he was planning to accuse her family of vandalizing the apartment upon their arrival to cover up his assault on her.
The crime took a darker turn after the husband's mother arrived at the scene, where the two conspired against the young wife (according to her account):
- Imprisonment: The husband and his mother locked Shaimaa inside the children's room for several hours to cut off any means of rescue or escape.
- Attempted murder: After hours of horror and confinement, the accused forcibly carried the victim and threw her from the third-floor balcony, causing her to fall to the ground nearly lifeless.
Shaimaa clarified in the investigations that she lost consciousness immediately upon her terrifying fall from the high altitude, and she only opened her eyes inside the hospital room to find herself surrounded by medical devices, suffering from severe and dangerous fractures and injuries throughout her body, injuries that destroyed her spine and caused her complete inability to move.
The young wife demanded just retribution and the maximum legal actions against her husband and mother-in-law, bitterly expressing her tragedy by saying that she could no longer walk normally, after her summer vacation turned into a trap that destroyed her life and future forever.
