شددت وزارة الداخلية على ضرورة التزام الوافدين بمغادرة السعودية فور انتهاء صلاحية تأشيرة الدخول، وأن أي تأخير يُعد مخالفة جسيمة تستوجب عقوبات صارمة تشمل غرامة مالية تصل إلى 50 ألف ريال والسجن لمدة قد تصل إلى 6 أشهر، إضافة إلى الترحيل ومنع دخول المملكة لفترات قد تُحدد وفق نوع المخالفة.
وتأتي الإجراءات ضمن جهود الوزارة لضبط المخالفات، وتعزيز الانضباط في أنظمة الإقامة والعمل، وضمان عدم استغلال التأشيرات أو تجاوز المدد النظامية المحددة.
ودعت وزارة الداخلية المواطنين والمقيمين إلى الإبلاغ عن أي حالات اشتباه أو مخالفات لأنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، وأكدت أن قنوات البلاغات تعمل على مدار الساعة، وأن التعاون المجتمعي يمثل عنصراً أساسياً في دعم الجهود الأمنية والحد من المخالفات، بما يسهم في تعزيز السلامة العامة وحماية سوق العمل من التجاوزات.
The Ministry of Interior emphasized the necessity for expatriates to leave Saudi Arabia immediately upon the expiration of their entry visa, and that any delay is considered a serious violation that warrants strict penalties, including a financial fine of up to 50,000 riyals and imprisonment for a period of up to 6 months, in addition to deportation and a ban on entering the Kingdom for periods that may be determined based on the type of violation.
These measures are part of the ministry's efforts to control violations, enhance discipline in residency and labor systems, and ensure that visas are not exploited or that the specified legal durations are not exceeded.
The Ministry of Interior urged citizens and residents to report any suspicious cases or violations of residency and labor regulations and border security, and confirmed that reporting channels operate around the clock, emphasizing that community cooperation is a fundamental element in supporting security efforts and reducing violations, which contributes to enhancing public safety and protecting the labor market from abuses.
