أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، اليوم (الإثنين)، إعادة فرض الحصار على إيران، مؤكداً أن مضيق هرمز مفتوح. وكتب ترمب على منصته «تروث سيشال»: «مضيق هرمز مفتوح وسيظل مفتوحاً، سواء بموافقة إيران أو دونها».
وأضاف: «نعيد فرض الحصار الإيراني، وسُمي بهذا الاسم لأنه يستهدف فقط السفن الإيرانية أو السفن التابعة لعملائها، ويمنعها من الدخول إلى المضيق أو الخروج منه». واستثنى ترمب جميع الدول الأخرى من عدم دخول مضيق هرمز قائلاً: «أما جميع الدول الأخرى فستتمتع بحق استخدام المضيق بحرية وعدالة».
وأفصح ترمب عن مسمى العمليات التي تقودها بلاده في مضيق هرمز قائلاً: «من الآن فصاعداً، ستُعرف الولايات المتحدة باسم «حارس مضيق هرمز»، ولكن من باب العدالة، ستتقاضى تعويضاً بنسبة 20% من قيمة جميع الشحنات المنقولة؛ لتغطية جميع التكاليف اللازمة لأداء مهمة توفير السلامة والأمن في هذا الجزء شديد التقلب من العالم»، لافتاً إلى أنها ستبدأ إجراءات التنفيذ وتشكيل الآلية اللازمة فوراً.
ورجح ترمب في مقابلة مع فوكس نيوز، مقتل مجتبى خامنئي، قائلاً: «أرجح بنسبة 90% أن مجتبى خامنئي قتل».
وأشار إلى أنه لا فرصة أمام إيران لإعادة بناء قدراتها العسكرية، موضحاً أن بلاده ستبدأ بإجراءات حماية مضيق هرمز فوراً.
وكان ترمب قال في وقت سابق الولايات المتحدة كان لديها اتفاق مع إيران وهم نقضوه وسنكون حراس المضيق، مضيفاً: «سنتقاضى رسوماً مقابل حراسة المضيق». وأكد ترمب سيطرة الولايات المتحدة على المضيق. في غضون ذلك، نددت وزارة الخارجية الألمانية بهجمات إيران على السفن التجارية في مضيق هرمز وعلى دول المنطقة، مؤكدة دعمها المستمر للاستئناف السريع والكامل لحركة الشحن الدولي عبر مضيق هرمز. وشددت على ضرورة العودة لوقف إطلاق النار واستئناف المفاوضات.
في المقابل، قالت القيادة العسكرية الإيرانية العليا المشتركة إن طهران لن تسمح لأمريكا بالتدخل في إدارة مضيق هرمز، مضيفة: «سنواجه بشدة أي محاولة من جانب أمريكا لتسهيل عبور المضيق دون إذن إيراني».
U.S. President Donald Trump announced today (Monday) the reinstatement of the blockade on Iran, affirming that the Strait of Hormuz is open. Trump wrote on his platform "Truth Social": "The Strait of Hormuz is open and will remain open, whether Iran agrees or not."
He added: "We are reinstating the Iranian blockade, and it is called that because it only targets Iranian ships or ships belonging to its clients, preventing them from entering or exiting the strait." Trump exempted all other countries from the restriction on entering the Strait of Hormuz, saying: "All other countries will enjoy the right to use the strait freely and fairly."
Trump revealed the name of the operations led by his country in the Strait of Hormuz, stating: "From now on, the United States will be known as the 'Guardian of the Strait of Hormuz,' but for the sake of fairness, we will charge a fee of 20% of the value of all transported shipments to cover all costs necessary to carry out the mission of ensuring safety and security in this highly volatile part of the world," noting that they will begin implementation procedures and form the necessary mechanism immediately.
Trump speculated in an interview with Fox News about the death of Mojtaba Khamenei, saying: "I estimate with 90% certainty that Mojtaba Khamenei has been killed."
He indicated that Iran has no chance to rebuild its military capabilities, explaining that his country will begin measures to protect the Strait of Hormuz immediately.
Earlier, Trump stated that the United States had an agreement with Iran, which they violated, and that we will be the guardians of the strait, adding: "We will charge fees for guarding the strait." Trump confirmed U.S. control over the strait. Meanwhile, the German Foreign Ministry condemned Iran's attacks on commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz and on countries in the region, reaffirming its continued support for the swift and complete resumption of international shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. It emphasized the necessity of returning to a ceasefire and resuming negotiations.
In contrast, the Iranian Joint Military Command stated that Tehran will not allow America to interfere in the management of the Strait of Hormuz, adding: "We will strongly confront any attempt by America to facilitate passage through the strait without Iranian permission."
