كشفت التحقيقات المصرية مع رجل الأعمال صبري نخنوخ عن تفاصيل جديدة بشأن المضبوطات التي عُثر عليها بحوزته، وذلك عقب إحالته إلى محكمة الجنايات على خلفية اتهامات تتعلق بتكوين تشكيل عصابي وممارسة أعمال البلطجة والعنف.
وبحسب تقارير صحفية محلية، تضمنت قائمة المضبوطات من منزل نخنوخ ما وصفته التحقيقات بـ«ترسانة من الأسلحة»، شملت أسلحة نارية متنوعة وذخائر حية، من بينها مدافع رشاشة ومسدسات وبنادق، إضافة إلى أسلحة تجمع بين أنواع مستوردة وأخرى محلية الصنع.
كما شملت المضبوطات بنادق صيد ومسدسات صوت وأجهزة كاتم صوت ومناظير رؤية، إلى جانب أسطوانات غاز مرتبطة ببعض الأسلحة النارية، وكميات كبيرة من الطلقات مختلفة الأنواع والأحجام.
وضمت القائمة أيضًا عددًا من الأسلحة البيضاء، بينها سيوف وخناجر وسكاكين وعصي ومطارق، وفق ما ورد في أوراق القضية، مع الإشارة إلى عدم وجود تراخيص قانونية لحيازة تلك المضبوطات.
وخلال التحقيقات، أقر نخنوخ بحيازته عددًا من الأسلحة النارية وبنادق ضغط الغاز ومحدثات الصوت والذخائر المضبوطة، كما أقر بسيطرته المادية على الأماكن التي عُثر فيها على تلك المضبوطات.
وكان أمر إحالة نخنوخ، البالغ من العمر 62 عامًا ومالك شركة «فالكون» للأمن والحراسة، إلى محكمة الجنايات قد تضمن اتهامات بحيازة أسلحة وذخائر دون ترخيص، إلى جانب اتهامات أخرى مرتبطة بالقضية.
The Egyptian investigations with businessman Sabry Nakhnoukh revealed new details regarding the confiscated items found in his possession, following his referral to the criminal court on charges related to forming a gang and engaging in acts of thuggery and violence.
According to local media reports, the list of confiscated items from Nakhnoukh's home included what the investigations described as a "stockpile of weapons," which comprised various firearms and live ammunition, including machine guns, pistols, and rifles, in addition to weapons that combined imported and locally manufactured types.
The confiscated items also included shotguns, blank-firing pistols, suppressors, and scopes, along with gas cylinders associated with some firearms, and large quantities of ammunition of different types and sizes.
The list also included a number of white weapons, including swords, daggers, knives, sticks, and hammers, according to the case documents, noting that there were no legal licenses for possessing these items.
During the investigations, Nakhnoukh admitted to possessing several firearms, gas pressure rifles, blank-firing devices, and the confiscated ammunition, and he acknowledged his physical control over the locations where these items were found.
The order to refer Nakhnoukh, who is 62 years old and the owner of "Falcon" security and guarding company, to the criminal court included charges of possessing weapons and ammunition without a license, along with other charges related to the case.
