أعلن مجلس النواب اليمني دعمه الكامل للإجراءات التي اتخذها مجلس القيادة الرئاسي ومجلس الدفاع الوطني لحماية السيادة اليمنية والتصدي لما وصفه بالخروقات الإيرانية، مؤكدًا تأييده لأي خطوات حازمة تتخذها الحكومة لمنع تكرار انتهاك الأجواء اليمنية.
وأكد المجلس، في بيان صادر عنه، أنه تابع بقلق بالغ التصعيد الأخير من جانب مليشيات الحوثي وداعميها في إيران، معتبرًا أن تسيير رحلات بين صنعاء وطهران ونقل قيادات حوثية وتقديم الدعم العسكري للمليشيات يمثل تصعيدًا خطيرًا ومحاولة لفرض أمر واقع خارج إطار الشرعية والقوانين الدولية.
وأشار البيان إلى أن محاولة طائرة إيرانية الهبوط في مطار صنعاء الدولي دون الحصول على موافقة السلطات الشرعية شكّلت خرقًا للسيادة اليمنية، مؤكدًا أن الحكومة تصدت لهذا الإجراء ومنعت هبوط الطائرة، في رسالة واضحة بأن اليمن لن يسمح مجددًا بأي تجاوز لأجوائه أو انتقاص من سلطته على أراضيه.
واعتبر مجلس النواب أن هذه الممارسات تمثل تحديًا متعمدًا لإرادة الشعب اليمني والمجتمع الدولي، وانتهاكًا للقرارات الدولية ذات الصلة، وفي مقدمتها قرار مجلس الأمن رقم (2216)، مشددًا على أن النظام الإيراني يواصل دعمه للحوثيين بما يهدد أمن اليمن واستقراره.
وأكد المجلس أن الشعب اليمني وقياداته لن يقبلوا باستمرار هذه الانتهاكات، وسيواجهونها بكل قوة، مشددًا على أن اليمن لم يكن يومًا ساحة مفتوحة لمشاريع الهيمنة أو مطامع الأطراف العابثة، ولن يكون ميدانًا لتصفية الصراعات الإقليمية.
كما أشاد مجلس النواب بتضحيات القوات المسلحة والأجهزة الأمنية والمقاومة الوطنية، مثمنًا دورهم في الدفاع عن الوطن وحماية سيادته ومؤسساته، مؤكدًا أن المرحلة الراهنة تتطلب توحيد الصف الوطني والالتفاف حول مؤسسات الدولة والشرعية الدستورية.
وشدد البيان على أن المعركة الحالية تهدف إلى استعادة الدولة وترسيخ الأمن وسيادة القانون، داعيًا إلى مواصلة الجهود لإنهاء الانقلاب وعودة اليمن دولة موحدة مستقرة تحكمها المؤسسات والعدالة.
The Yemeni Parliament announced its full support for the measures taken by the Presidential Leadership Council and the National Defense Council to protect Yemeni sovereignty and to confront what it described as Iranian violations, affirming its support for any decisive steps taken by the government to prevent the recurrence of violations of Yemeni airspace.
The council stated in a statement that it has been following with great concern the recent escalation by the Houthi militias and their supporters in Iran, considering that operating flights between Sana'a and Tehran, transporting Houthi leaders, and providing military support to the militias represents a serious escalation and an attempt to impose a fait accompli outside the framework of legitimacy and international laws.
The statement pointed out that the attempt of an Iranian plane to land at Sana'a International Airport without obtaining approval from the legitimate authorities constituted a violation of Yemeni sovereignty, affirming that the government confronted this action and prevented the plane from landing, sending a clear message that Yemen will not allow any further violations of its airspace or encroachments on its authority over its territory.
The Parliament considered these practices to be a deliberate challenge to the will of the Yemeni people and the international community, and a violation of relevant international resolutions, foremost among them Security Council Resolution No. (2216), emphasizing that the Iranian regime continues to support the Houthis in a manner that threatens Yemen's security and stability.
The council affirmed that the Yemeni people and their leaders will not accept the continuation of these violations and will confront them with all strength, stressing that Yemen has never been an open arena for hegemony projects or the ambitions of meddling parties, and it will not be a battlefield for settling regional conflicts.
The Parliament also praised the sacrifices of the armed forces, security agencies, and the national resistance, valuing their role in defending the homeland and protecting its sovereignty and institutions, affirming that the current phase requires uniting the national ranks and rallying around state institutions and constitutional legitimacy.
The statement emphasized that the current battle aims to restore the state and establish security and the rule of law, calling for continued efforts to end the coup and return Yemen as a unified, stable state governed by institutions and justice.
