لأول مرة في تاريخ المغرب، عيّن العاهل المغربي الملك محمد السادس، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري، منسقة القيادة الجماعية لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة، رئيسة للحكومة، وكلفها بتشكيل الحكومة الجديدة.
وأفادت وزارة القصور الملكية والتشريفات والأوسمة، في بلاغ، بأن الملك محمد السادس استقبل المنصوري بالقصر الملكي في الرباط، وعيّنها، بمقتضى الفصل 47 من الدستور، رئيسة للحكومة، مكلفاً إياها بتشكيل الحكومة الجديدة. جاء تعيين فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري رئيسة للحكومة خلفاً لعزيز أخنوش، عقب تصدر حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة نتائج الانتخابات التشريعية التي جرت في 23 سبتمبر الجاري، وحصوله على 97 مقعداً من أصل 395 مقعداً في مجلس النواب، متقدماً على التجمع الوطني للأحرار الذي حل ثانياً بـ66 مقعداً، وحزب الاستقلال بـ65 مقعداً، فيما جاء حزب العدالة والتنمية رابعاً بـ54 مقعداً.

وشهدت الانتخابات مشاركة بلغت نحو 38%، مقارنة بـ50.86% في انتخابات 2021، في وقت تصدر فيه ملفا التشغيل وتحسين الخدمات العامة وغلاء المعيشة اهتمامات الناخبين.
وكان عزيز أخنوش قد ترأس الحكومة منذ عام 2021، عقب تصدر حزبه التجمع الوطني للأحرار انتخابات ذلك العام، قبل أن يتراجع الحزب إلى المرتبة الثانية في انتخابات 2026، فيما انتقل حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة من المرتبة الثانية في انتخابات 2021 إلى صدارة البرلمان.
ويمنح الدستور المغربي، في الفصل 47، الملك صلاحية تعيين رئيس الحكومة من الحزب السياسي الذي تصدر انتخابات أعضاء مجلس النواب، وهو ما مهّد لتكليف المنصوري بتشكيل الحكومة الجديدة.
ويأتي تشكيل الحكومة الجديدة في مرحلة يستعد فيها المغرب لاستحقاقات كبرى، أبرزها التحضير لاستضافة كأس العالم 2030، إلى جانب تنفيذ مشاريع استثمارية وبنية تحتية واسعة، ما يجعل الحكومة القادمة أمام ملفات اقتصادية واجتماعية متعددة.
For the first time in Morocco's history, the Moroccan monarch King Mohammed VI appointed today (Tuesday) Fatima Zahra Mansouri, the coordinator of the collective leadership of the Authenticity and Modernity Party, as the head of government, entrusting her with the formation of the new government.
The Royal Palace and Honors Ministry stated in a communiqué that King Mohammed VI received Mansouri at the royal palace in Rabat and appointed her, under Article 47 of the Constitution, as the head of government, tasking her with forming the new government. Fatima Zahra Mansouri's appointment as head of government comes following the Authenticity and Modernity Party topping the results of the legislative elections held on September 23, securing 97 seats out of 395 in the House of Representatives, ahead of the National Rally of Independents, which came in second with 66 seats, and the Istiqlal Party with 65 seats, while the Justice and Development Party ranked fourth with 54 seats.

The elections saw a participation rate of about 38%, compared to 50.86% in the 2021 elections, at a time when employment issues, improving public services, and the cost of living were the main concerns of voters.
Azziz Akhannouch had headed the government since 2021, following his party, the National Rally of Independents, winning the elections that year, before the party fell to second place in the 2026 elections, while the Authenticity and Modernity Party moved from second place in the 2021 elections to the top of the parliament.
The Moroccan Constitution, in Article 47, grants the king the authority to appoint the head of government from the political party that topped the elections for the members of the House of Representatives, which paved the way for appointing Mansouri to form the new government.
The formation of the new government comes at a time when Morocco is preparing for major upcoming events, most notably the preparations to host the 2030 World Cup, alongside the implementation of extensive investment projects and infrastructure, which places the incoming government before multiple economic and social issues.
