عثر الدفاع المدني السوري، اليوم الإثنين، على رفات 5 أشخاص في قرية آبل بريف حمص الجنوبي، بالتنسيق مع الهيئة الوطنية للمفقودين.
وأعلن بيان للدفاع المدني أن فرقه استجابت لبلاغ يفيد بوجود رفات بشرية في القرية، إذ جمع الفريق المختص الرفات المكونة من 5 أشخاص، بينهم طفل وامرأة وثلاثة رجال، وفقاً للمعطيات الأولية، مع الإشارة إلى أن الجميع مجهولو الهوية.
وأفاد بأن الفرق جمعت أيضاً المتعلقات والأدلة المتوفرة في الموقع، وفق البروتوكولات الخاصة بتوثيق وجمع الرفات وانتشالها، تمهيداً لتسليمها إلى الجهات المعنية لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
ولفت البيان إلى أن الرفات عُثر عليها داخل حفرة صرف صحي تقع عند مدخل إحدى المزارع في القرية، وكانت مكشوفة ومنقولة، دون العثور على أي متعلقات شخصية أو أغراض أو ثياب.
ودعا الدفاع المدني الأهالي إلى عدم الاقتراب من مواقع الرفات أو المقابر الجماعية أو العبث بها، محذراً من أن أي تدخل غير مختص يلحق ضرراً بالغاً بمسرح الجريمة، ويؤدي إلى طمس الأدلة الجنائية التي تعتبر أساسية في الكشف عن مصير المفقودين وتحديد هوياتهم، وتعقب المتورطين بجرائم الاختفاء القسري.
وطالب الدفاع المدني الأهالي بإبلاغ مراكزه أو الجهات المسؤولة عند العثور على مثل هذه المواقع.
وأعلنت مديرية الأمن الداخلي في حمص، السبت، العثور على مقبرة جماعية في منطقة المخرم بريف حمص الشرقي، تضم 3 جثث بينها أطفال، وقد تم العثور عليهم بملابسهم كاملة.
وكشف رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للمفقودين في سورية محمد رضا جلخي، عن توثيق أكثر من 63 مقبرة جماعية في البلاد.
The Syrian Civil Defense found the remains of 5 individuals today, Monday, in the village of Abl in southern Homs, in coordination with the National Authority for the Missing.
A statement from the Civil Defense announced that its teams responded to a report of human remains in the village, where the specialized team collected the remains consisting of 5 individuals, including a child, a woman, and three men, according to initial data, noting that all of them are unidentified.
It was reported that the teams also collected the belongings and evidence available at the site, following the protocols for documenting, collecting, and retrieving remains, in preparation for handing them over to the relevant authorities to take the necessary actions.
The statement pointed out that the remains were found inside a sewage pit located at the entrance of one of the farms in the village, and they were exposed and moved, with no personal belongings, items, or clothing found.
The Civil Defense urged residents not to approach the sites of the remains or mass graves or tamper with them, warning that any unqualified intervention could cause severe damage to the crime scene and lead to the obliteration of forensic evidence that is essential in revealing the fate of the missing and identifying them, as well as tracking those involved in enforced disappearances.
The Civil Defense called on residents to inform its centers or the responsible authorities upon discovering such sites.
The Internal Security Directorate in Homs announced on Saturday the discovery of a mass grave in the Al-Mukharram area in eastern Homs, containing 3 bodies, including children, who were found fully clothed.
Mohammad Reda Jalakhi, the head of the National Authority for the Missing in Syria, revealed that more than 63 mass graves have been documented in the country.
