في تطور دراماتيكي غير مسبوق، كشفت تقارير لموقع «أكسيوس» الأمريكي، استنادًا إلى ثلاثة مصادر مطلعة مباشرة، عن لقاء غير عادي جرت مفاوضاته يوم الأربعاء الماضي في شرم الشيخ بمصر، بين مبعوثي الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، ستيف ويتكوف وجاريد كوشنر، وأبرز قادة حركة حماس.
45 دقيقة كسرت الجمود
هذا اللقاء، الذي استمر نحو 45 دقيقة، كان العامل الحاسم في كسر الجمود وإنهاء صفقة السلام في غزة، التي شملت إطلاق سراح جميع الرهائن الإسرائيليين الأحياء مقابل إفراج عن آلاف الأسرى الفلسطينيين، وفقًا للتقرير المنشور اليوم (الاثنين).

وقد أكد ويتكوف لقادة حماس أن «الرهائن أصبحوا عبئًا أكثر من كونهم أصلًا لكم»، داعيًا إلى الانتقال إلى المرحلة الأولى من الصفقة لـ«إعادة الناس إلى بيوتهم على الجانبين من الحدود».
كيف جرى اللقاء؟
يوم الثلاثاء، منح ترمب إذنًا خاصًا لمبعوثيه باللقاء مع قادة حماس إذا لزم الأمر، خلال اجتماع في المكتب البيضاوي قبل مغادرتهما إلى مصر، وبعد وصولهما إلى شرم الشيخ، أبلغ ويتكوف الوسطاء القطريين والمصريين والأتراك بالموافقة الأمريكية.
وفي ليلة الأربعاء الساعة 11 مساءً بتوقيت محلي، زار الوسطاء القطريون فيلا ويتكوف في فندق «فور سيزونز»، معلنين عن تعثر المفاوضات، وسألوا إن كان المبعوثان الأمريكيان جاهزين للقاء حماس مباشرة، وقال مسؤول قطري كبير لويتكوف: «نعتقد أن مصافحة أيديهم ستؤدي إلى الصفقة».
وبعد دقائق، دخل ويتكوف وكوشنر فيلا أخرى في منتجع البحر الأحمر، حيث كان ينتظرهم رئيسا الاستخبارات المصري والتركي، ومسؤولون قطريون كبار، إلى جانب أربعة من أبرز قادة حماس في المفاوضات، بقيادة خليل الحيّة، الذي نجا من محاولة اغتيال إسرائيلية في الدوحة قبل ثلاثة أسابيع.
وخلال اللقاء، سأل الحيّة عن رسالة من ترمب، فأجاب ويتكوف: «رسالة الرئيس ترمب هي أنكم ستُعاملون بعدل، وأنه يقف خلف جميع النقاط الـ20 في خطة السلام الخاصة به، وسيضمن تنفيذها كلها».
وبعد انتهاء الاجتماع، عقد قادة حماس اجتماعًا منفصلاً مع الوسطاء، ثم عاد رئيس الاستخبارات المصري حسن رشاد برفقة نظرائه التركي والقطري، معلنًا: «بناءً على الاجتماع الذي عقدناه للتو، لدينا صفقة».

اللقاء الثاني مع حماس
يُعد هذا اللقاء الثاني البارز بين إدارة ترمب وحماس، وفي مارس الماضي، عقد مبعوث الرهائن الأمريكي آدم بوهرل اجتماعات غير مسبوقة مع قادة حماس في الدوحة لإطلاق سراح الرهينة الأمريكي إيدان ألكسندر واسترداد جثامين أربعة أمريكيين آخرين، لكن الصفقة فشلت جزئيًا بسبب معارضة حكومة إسرائيل القوية، التي لم تكن على علم بالمفاوضات المباشرة في البداية.
ويؤكد أحد المصادر أن استعداد ويتكوف وكوشنر للقاء قادة حماس رغم المخاطر السياسية أظهر جدية الولايات المتحدة في تنفيذ الصفقة، ما جعل حماس تثق بـ«كلمة مبعوثي الرئيس ترمب» بأن الصفقة ستُنفذ كاملة.

This meeting, which lasted about 45 minutes, was the decisive factor in breaking the stalemate and concluding the peace deal in Gaza, which included the release of all living Israeli hostages in exchange for the release of thousands of Palestinian prisoners, according to the report published today (Monday).

One of the main obstacles to the deal was the fears of Hamas leaders that Israel would resume war immediately after the hostages were released, making their release a "burden" rather than an "asset."

On Wednesday night at 11 PM local time, the Qatari mediators visited Witkoff's villa at the "Four Seasons" hotel, announcing a deadlock in the negotiations, and asked if the American envoys were ready to meet Hamas directly. A senior Qatari official told Witkoff: "We believe that shaking their hands will lead to the deal."
Minutes later, Witkoff and Kushner entered another villa in the Red Sea resort, where they were awaited by the heads of Egyptian and Turkish intelligence, senior Qatari officials, along with four prominent Hamas leaders in the negotiations, led by Khalil al-Hayya, who survived an Israeli assassination attempt in Doha three weeks ago.
During the meeting, al-Hayya inquired about a message from Trump, to which Witkoff replied: "President Trump's message is that you will be treated fairly, and he stands behind all 20 points in his peace plan, and he will ensure that all of them are implemented."

One source confirms that Witkoff and Kushner's willingness to meet with Hamas leaders despite the political risks demonstrated the seriousness of the United States in executing the deal, which made Hamas trust the "word of President Trump's envoys" that the deal would be fully implemented.
