وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة، تستعد مدينة شرم الشيخ، اليوم (الأحد)، لاستقبال القادة والوفود المشاركة في قمة السلام المرتقبة يوم غدٍ الإثنين، بحضور دولي لتوقيع اتفاق إنهاء الحرب في غزة.وأعلنت الرئاسة المصرية، عقد قمة دولية تحت عنوان «قمة شرم الشيخ للسلام» برئاسة مشتركة بين الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي ونظيره الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، وبمشاركة قادة أكثر من 20 دولة.وذكرت في بيان، مساء أمس السبت، أن القمة تهدف إلى إنهاء الحرب في قطاع غزة، وتعزيز جهود إحلال السلام والاستقرار في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وفتح صفحة جديدة من الأمن والاستقرار الإقليمي.
رؤية ترمب لتحقيق السلام
وأفادت بأن القمة تأتي في ضوء رؤية الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لتحقيق السلام في المنطقة، وسعيه الحثيث لإنهاء النزاعات حول العالم.
وكانت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية، أعلنت أن واشنطن وجهت دعوة لعدد كبير من الدول لحضور قمة شرم الشيخ. وقال ترمب في تصريحات صحفية، الجمعة، إنه سيلتقي في مصر، يوم الإثنين، عدداً من القادة لمناقشة مستقبل قطاع غزة، بعد إلقائه كلمة أمام الكنيست الإسرائيلي خلال زيارة لإسرائيل تسبق زيارته لمصر.
زعماء أوروبا
وأعلنت الرئاسة الفرنسية مشاركة الرئيس إيمانويل ماكرون في القمة. وأكدت حكومتا إسبانيا وإيطاليا مشاركة رئيس الوزراء الإسباني بيدرو سانشيز، ورئيسة الوزراء الإيطالية جورجيا ميلوني.
وأعلن رئيس الوزراء البريطاني كير ستارمر أنه سيحضر القمة الدولية في شرم الشيخ. وذكر بيان صادر عن داونينغ ستريت أن رئيس الوزراء سيتوجه إلى مصر لحضور قمة شرم الشيخ للسلام الإثنين.
وقال متحدث باسم الحكومة الألمانية في بيان، اليوم الأحد، إن المستشار فريدريش ميرتس سيتوجه إلى مصر غداً الإثنين للمشاركة في مراسم توقيع خطة وقف إطلاق النار المتعلقة بغزة.
وأفادت قناة «إن تي في» التلفزيونية، أن الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان سيسافر إلى مصر لحضور قمة شرم الشيخ للسلام.
ويشارك العاهل الأردني الملك عبدالله الثاني في القمة الدولية بشأن غزة، بحسب ما أعلنت قناة المملكة الأردنية الرسمية . ونقلت القناة عن مصدر قوله إن الأردن سيشارك في قمة شرم الشيخ للسلام، برئاسة مشتركة بين الرئيس المصري عبدالفتاح السيسي والرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، وبمشاركة قادة أكثر من 20 دولة.
وقال مسؤول في الاتحاد الأوروبي، إن رئيس المجلس الأوروبي أنطونيو كوستا سيحضر قمة شرم الشيخ للسلام.
وأعلنت حماس أنها لن تشارك في التوقيع الرسمي للاتفاق. وقال عضو المكتب السياسي للحركة حسام بدران إن حماس لن تكون مشاركة في عملية التوقيع بل سيقتصر الأمر على الوسطاء والمسؤولين الأمريكيين والإسرائيليين.
تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى
وتعقد تمهيداً لتنفيذ اتفاق إنهاء الحرب بين إسرائيل وحماس في غزة، الذي يشمل تبادل الرهائن الإسرائيليين، ومعتقلين فلسطينيين، ووقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة بعد عامين من الحرب المدمرة، أدت إلى مقتل نحو 70 ألف فلسطيني، وتدمير البنية التحتية بالقطاع.
ومن المقرر أن تبدأ المرحلة الأولى من خطة وقف إطلاق النار التي اقترحها ترمب بالإفراج عن الرهائن وسجناء فلسطينيين بحلول الإثنين.
وينص الاتفاق على تبادل الرهائن الـ47 المتبقين في غزة من أصل 251 اختطفوا في هجوم الـ7 من أكتوبر 2023، إضافة إلى رفات رهينة احتجز في العام 2014، بحلول الساعة 9:00 بتوقيت غرينتش الإثنين.
في المقابل، تُفرج إسرائيل عن 250 معتقلاً فلسطينياً محكومين بالسجن المؤبد، و1,700 معتقل من سكان غزة احتجزوا منذ اندلاع الحرب.

Trump's Vision for Peace
It was reported that the summit comes in light of President Donald Trump's vision to achieve peace in the region and his relentless efforts to end conflicts around the world.
The U.S. State Department announced that Washington has invited a large number of countries to attend the Sharm El Sheikh summit. Trump stated in press remarks on Friday that he will meet in Egypt on Monday with several leaders to discuss the future of the Gaza Strip, after delivering a speech before the Israeli Knesset during a visit to Israel preceding his trip to Egypt.
European Leaders
The French presidency announced the participation of President Emmanuel Macron in the summit. The governments of Spain and Italy confirmed the participation of Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced that he will attend the international summit in Sharm El Sheikh. A statement from Downing Street mentioned that the Prime Minister will head to Egypt to attend the Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit on Monday.
A spokesperson for the German government stated in a statement today, Sunday, that Chancellor Friedrich Merz will travel to Egypt tomorrow, Monday, to participate in the signing ceremony of the ceasefire plan related to Gaza.
NTV television reported that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will travel to Egypt to attend the Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit.
The Jordanian monarch King Abdullah II will participate in the international summit regarding Gaza, according to what was announced by the official Jordanian channel. The channel quoted a source saying that Jordan will participate in the Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit, co-chaired by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and U.S. President Donald Trump, with the participation of leaders from more than 20 countries.
An official in the European Union stated that European Council President Antonio Costa will attend the Sharm El Sheikh Peace Summit.
Hamas announced that it will not participate in the official signing of the agreement. Hamas political bureau member Hossam Badran stated that Hamas will not be involved in the signing process, which will be limited to mediators and American and Israeli officials.
Implementation of the First Phase
Preparations are underway to implement the agreement to end the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, which includes the exchange of Israeli hostages and Palestinian detainees, and a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip after two years of devastating war that resulted in the deaths of about 70,000 Palestinians and the destruction of the infrastructure in the region.
The first phase of the ceasefire plan proposed by Trump is set to begin with the release of hostages and Palestinian prisoners by Monday.
The agreement stipulates the exchange of the remaining 47 hostages in Gaza out of 251 who were kidnapped in the attack on October 7, 2023, in addition to the remains of a hostage held since 2014, by 9:00 AM GMT on Monday.
In return, Israel will release 250 Palestinian detainees serving life sentences, and 1,700 detainees from Gaza who have been held since the outbreak of the war.
