أعلنت النيابة العامة الوطنية لمكافحة الإرهاب الفرنسية، الجمعة، توقيف مراهقَين بعد اعتراف أحدهما، البالغ من العمر 16 عامًا، بمحاولته إعداد مشروع «عمل عنيف» كان سيستهدف مركزًا تجاريًا أو قاعة حفلات.
خطة خطيرة
وبحسب اعترافات الشاب، كان يعتزم سرقة سلاح ناري وشراء مواد كيميائية لإجراء تجارب على إشعالها في منزله، في خطوة تشير إلى خطورة المخطط الذي كان يُحضّر له.
المسؤولية القانونية
تم توقيف الشابين (الثلاثاء) ووضعهما قيد الحجز على ذمة التحقيق. وطالبت النيابة بتوجيه تهمة «تشكيل عصابة أشرار بغرض التحضير لجرائم تمس الأشخاص» لكليهما.

كما طلبت النيابة الحبس الاحتياطي لأحدهما المشتبه بقيادته العملية، ووضع الآخر تحت المراقبة القضائية، بعد الاشتباه في كونه على دراية بخطط رفيقه وساهم في تعزيز أفكاره المتطرفة العنيفة.

The French National Public Prosecutor's Office for the Fight Against Terrorism announced on Friday the arrest of two teenagers after one of them, aged 16, confessed to attempting to prepare a project for "violent action" that would target a shopping center or concert hall.

According to the young man's confession, he intended to steal a firearm and purchase chemical materials to conduct experiments on igniting them in his home, indicating the seriousness of the plot he was preparing.
Legal Responsibility
The two young men were arrested (on Tuesday) and placed in custody pending investigation. The prosecutor requested that both be charged with "forming a gang with the intent to prepare for crimes affecting individuals".
Leadership and Supervision
The prosecutor also requested preventive detention for one of them suspected of leading the operation, while the other was placed under judicial supervision, after suspicion arose that he was aware of his companion's plans and contributed to reinforcing his violent extremist ideas.
