سلّمت حركة حماس، اليوم (الإثنين)، جميع الرهائن الإسرائيليين الأحياء الـ20، تنفيذاً لخطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، وشددت على الوسطاء ضرورة إلزام إسرائيل بتنفيذ التزاماتها.
وأفرجت حماس عن الدفعة الثانية من الرهائن الإسرائيليين في مدينة خان يونس، جنوبي غزة، وعددهم13، وتسلمهم الصليب الأحمر الدولي، ليسلمهم بدوره إلى إسرائيل. وكان الصليب الأحمر تسلم 7 رهائن إسرائيليين أحياء دفعة أولى في وقت سابق.
إطلاق سراح 1966 معتقلا فلسطينيا
وسلم الصليب الأحمر الرهائن المفرج عنهم إلى السلطات الإسرائيلية، وأشرف على الإفراج عن السجناء الفلسطينيين ونقلهم إلى قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية المحتلة. وتمت عملية التسليم في مكان مغلق، بعيداً عن الكاميرات.
وأفاد مسؤول مشارك بأن جميع المعتقلين الفلسطينيين البالغ عددهم 1,966 والمقرر إطلاق سراحهم، اليوم، صعدوا على متن حافلات داخل سجون إسرائيلية. وأعلن أنه سيتم إطلاق سراح 1,716 فلسطينياً من غزة عند مجمع ناصر الطبي بالقطاع، وإطلاق سراح 250 فلسطينياً كانوا يقضون أحكاماً بالسجن المؤبد في سجون إسرائيلية إلى الضفة الغربية والقدس وإلى الخارج اليوم.
مكالمات هاتفية لعائلات الرهائن
وتم تداول مقاطع لمكالمات هاتفية أجرتها عائلات الرهائن قبل إطلاق سراحهم، في إشارة إلى أن حماس سمحت للرهائن بالتواصل مع عائلاتهم قبل إطلاق سراحهم. وأظهر مقطع مصور مكالمة جرت بين أم إسرائيلية مع ابنها الأسير المفرج عنه ضمن الدفعة الأولى من عملية التبادل.
ويأتي هذا الإعلان بعدما نشرت حماس قائمة تضم 20 رهينة، وقالت إنها ستفرج عنهم، وأكثر من 1,900 سجين فلسطيني قالت إن إسرائيل ستفرج عنهم، في إطار المرحلة الأولى من اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار مع إسرائيل.
وأعلن مكتب إعلام الأسرى التابع لحماس أن 154 أسيراً فلسطينياً أُفرج عنهم من السجون الإسرائيلية ضمن اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة وسيُرحلون إلى دول أخرى.
من جهتها، نفت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر تقارير تحدثت عن لقائها بالرهائن الإسرائيليين أو تلقيها معلومات تفيد بأن حالتهم الصحية خطيرة. وأكدت اللجنة أنها على تواصل مستمر مع جميع الأطراف استعداداً لعملية إعادة الرهائن، وأنها لم تتلق أو تنقل أي معلومات بشأن حالتهم الصحية.
وينص الاتفاق على تبادل الرهائن الـ47 المتبقين في غزة من أصل 251 خطفوا في هجوم السابع من أكتوبر 2023، وبينهم 20 تعتقد إسرائيل أنهم ما زالوا على قيد الحياة، إضافة إلى رفات رهينة احتجز في العام 2014.
في المقابل، تفرج إسرائيل عن 250 معتقلاً فلسطينياً محكومين بالسجن المؤبد، و1700 معتقل من سكان غزة احتجزوا منذ اندلاع الحرب.
وكان مقرراً استبدال أسيرين أمنيين من القائمة التي تمت المصادقة عليها، أحدهما تبين أنه أُفرج عنه سابقاً، والآخر ينتمي إلى حركة فتح بأسيرين أمنيين منتميين إلى حماس من غير المحكومين بالسجن المؤبد.
كما تمت إزالة 7 قاصرين غزيين من بين الـ22 الموجودين في القائمة، إضافة إلى امرأتين غزيتين، واستبدال مجموعة من الغزيين بآخرين وفقاً لاعتبارات جهاز الأمن، وبذلك يصبح العدد الإجمالي للغزيين الذين سيتم الإفراج عنهم 1718 بدلاً من 1722.
ونقلت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية عن مسؤول عسكري كبير تأكيده أنه من غير المتوقع أن تعاد كل جثامين الرهائن المحتجزة في غزة إلى إسرائيل اليوم الاثنين.
وأعلن مكتب رئيس وزراء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، أنه سيتم إنشاء هيئة دولية لتحديد مواقع رفات الأسرى الذين لن تعاد جثامينهم في إطار عملية التبادل (الاثنين).
The Hamas movement handed over all 20 living Israeli hostages today (Monday), in implementation of U.S. President Donald Trump's plan, and emphasized to the mediators the necessity of obligating Israel to fulfill its commitments.
Hamas released the second batch of Israeli hostages in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, numbering 13, and they were received by the International Red Cross, which will in turn hand them over to Israel. The Red Cross had previously received 7 living Israeli hostages in the first batch.
Release of 1,966 Palestinian detainees
The Red Cross handed over the released hostages to the Israeli authorities and oversaw the release of Palestinian prisoners and their transfer to the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank. The handover took place in a closed location, away from cameras.
A participating official reported that all 1,966 Palestinian detainees scheduled for release today boarded buses inside Israeli prisons. It was announced that 1,716 Palestinians from Gaza will be released at the Nasser Medical Complex in the sector, and 250 Palestinians serving life sentences in Israeli prisons will be released to the West Bank, Jerusalem, and abroad today.
Phone calls for the families of the hostages
Clips of phone calls made by the families of the hostages before their release circulated, indicating that Hamas allowed the hostages to communicate with their families prior to their release. A video showed a call between an Israeli mother and her son, a released prisoner from the first batch of the exchange process.
This announcement comes after Hamas published a list of 20 hostages, stating that it would release them, along with more than 1,900 Palestinian prisoners that it said Israel would release, as part of the first phase of a ceasefire agreement with Israel.
The Hamas-affiliated Prisoners Media Office announced that 154 Palestinian prisoners were released from Israeli prisons as part of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and will be transferred to other countries.
For its part, the International Committee of the Red Cross denied reports about meeting with the Israeli hostages or receiving information indicating that their health conditions were serious. The committee confirmed that it is in continuous contact with all parties in preparation for the hostages' return and that it has not received or conveyed any information regarding their health status.
The agreement stipulates the exchange of the remaining 47 hostages in Gaza out of the 251 kidnapped in the attack on October 7, 2023, among whom 20 are believed by Israel to still be alive, in addition to the remains of a hostage held in 2014.
In return, Israel will release 250 Palestinian detainees serving life sentences, and 1,700 detainees from Gaza who have been held since the outbreak of the war.
It was planned to exchange two security prisoners from the approved list, one of whom was found to have been released previously, and the other belongs to Fatah, for two security prisoners affiliated with Hamas who are not serving life sentences.
Additionally, 7 minor Gazans were removed from among the 22 on the list, along with two Gazan women, and a group of Gazans was replaced with others according to security considerations, bringing the total number of Gazans to be released to 1,718 instead of 1,722.
Israeli media reported a senior military official confirming that it is not expected that all the bodies of the hostages held in Gaza will be returned to Israel today, Monday.
The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that an international body will be established to determine the locations of the remains of the prisoners whose bodies will not be returned as part of the exchange process (on Monday).
