أقام معرض الرياض الدولي للكتاب 2025، الذي تنظمه هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن، ورشة عمل بعنوان «مبادئ التعليق الصوتي» قدّمها عبدالسلام محمد، بحضور عددٍ من المهتمين بالإلقاء والإعلام وصناعة المحتوى الصوتي.
وتحدث عبدالسلام عن الصوت بوصفه أداة تواصل فريدة تتجاوز حدود اللغة، موضحًا أن فهم خصائصه يمثل الخطوة الأولى لإتقان الأداء الصوتي. كما عرّف التعليق الصوتي بأنه فن استخدام الصوت لنقل الإحساس والمعنى بطريقةٍ مؤثرة تتناسب مع طبيعة النص والجمهور المستهدف.
وشدَّد على أن نجاح المعلق الصوتي يعتمد على سلامة اللغة وخلوها من اللحن، مستعرضًا بعض الأخطاء الشائعة في النطق، ومبينًا أهمية التحكم في اللكنة وتلوين الصوت وفقًا لطبيعة النص. كما تناول عناصر الأداء الناجح مثل ضبط النفس والهدوء والتدريب المستمر، مقدمًا تطبيقات عملية حول مخارج الحروف وتدرّج النبرة وتنوّع الإيقاع.
وفي الجانب التطبيقي، عرض عددًا من تمارين الصوت، منها تمرين القلم لتحسين النطق، وتمرين الهمهمة للتحكم في اللكنة، وتمارين التنفس لتقوية النفس أثناء الإلقاء. وأوضح أهمية معرفة المساحة الصوتية للمعلّق وتوسيعها باستخدام مفهوم «الأوكتاف» للتحكم بالنفَس وتنوّع النبرات.
كما استعرض المراحل التي يمر بها المعلق الصوتي من مرحلة التقليد إلى الاحتراف، متناوِلًا تنوع مجالات العمل في التعليق الصوتي، من الإعلانات إلى الوثائقيات والبودكاست.
وفي تفاعل الحضور، أجاب عبدالسلام عن سؤال حول تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على المهنة، مبينًا أن التقنية لا يمكن أن تحل محل الإنسان لافتقارها إلى المشاعر ودفء الأداء. واختتم الورشة بالتأكيد على أن النجاح في هذا المجال يتطلب مزيجًا من الموهبة والانضباط والتطوير المستمر.
The Riyadh International Book Fair 2025, organized by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, held a workshop titled "Principles of Voiceover" presented by Abdul Salam Mohammed, attended by a number of individuals interested in delivery, media, and audio content creation.
Abdul Salam spoke about the voice as a unique communication tool that transcends language boundaries, explaining that understanding its characteristics is the first step to mastering vocal performance. He defined voiceover as the art of using the voice to convey feeling and meaning in an impactful way that aligns with the nature of the text and the target audience.
He emphasized that the success of a voiceover artist depends on the correctness of the language and its free from errors, reviewing some common pronunciation mistakes and highlighting the importance of controlling the accent and varying the voice according to the nature of the text. He also discussed elements of successful performance such as self-control, calmness, and continuous training, providing practical applications on articulation, tone variation, and rhythm diversity.
In the practical aspect, he presented several voice exercises, including the pencil exercise to improve pronunciation, the humming exercise to control the accent, and breathing exercises to strengthen breath during delivery. He explained the importance of knowing the voice range of the voiceover artist and expanding it using the concept of "octave" to control breath and vary intonations.
He also reviewed the stages a voiceover artist goes through from imitation to professionalism, discussing the diversity of work fields in voiceover, from advertisements to documentaries and podcasts.
In response to audience interaction, Abdul Salam answered a question about the impact of artificial intelligence on the profession, stating that technology cannot replace humans due to its lack of emotions and warmth in performance. He concluded the workshop by affirming that success in this field requires a combination of talent, discipline, and continuous development.
