توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم (الجمعة) تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق الجوف، الحدود الشمالية، حائل، القصيم، والمدينة المنورة تمتد إلى أجزاء من منطقتي مكة المكرمة وتبوك. في حين لا تزال الفرصة مهيأة لتكون الضباب خلال الليل وساعات الصباح الباكر على الأجزاء الساحلية من منطقتي مكة المكرمة والشرقية.
وأشار التقرير، إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى شمالية على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط بسرعة 25-50 كم /ساعة وجنوبية شرقية إلى جنوبية غربية على الجزء الجنوبي بسرعة 12-35 كم/ساعة تصل سرعتها إلى 45 كم/ساعة باتجاه مضيق باب المندب، وارتفاع الموج ارتفاع من متر ونصف إلى مترين ونصف على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط ومن نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الجنوبي يصل إلى مترين باتجاه مضيق باب المندب، وحالة البحر متوسط الموج إلى مائج على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط وخفيف إلى متوسط الموج على الجزء الجنوبي، فيما ستكون حركة الرياح السطحية على الخليج العربي شمالية شرقية إلى جنوبية شرقية تتحول بعد الظهيرة شمالية غربية إلى شمالية على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط وشمالية شرقية إلى شمالية غربية على الجزء الجنوبي بسرعة 10-28 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology, in its weather report for today (Friday), expects the impact of active winds stirring up dust and sand in parts of the regions of Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, Ha'il, Al-Qassim, and Medina, extending to parts of the regions of Makkah and Tabuk. Meanwhile, the opportunity remains for fog formation during the night and early morning hours along the coastal areas of the regions of Makkah and the Eastern Province.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea is northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts at a speed of 25-50 km/h, and southeasterly to southwesterly in the southern part at a speed of 12-35 km/h, reaching speeds of up to 45 km/h towards the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. The wave height ranges from one and a half meters to two and a half meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part, reaching two meters towards the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. The sea condition is moderate to rough in the northern and central parts and light to moderate in the southern part. Meanwhile, the surface wind movement over the Arabian Gulf is northeasterly to southeasterly, shifting after noon to northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts, and northeasterly to northwesterly in the southern part at a speed of 10-28 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one meter, and the sea condition is light.
