التقى نائب وزير الخارجية المهندس وليد بن عبدالكريم الخريجي، في الكويت، اليوم (الإثنين)، وزير الخارجية والتجارة في جمهورية المجر بيتر سيارتو.
وجرى خلال اللقاء استعراض العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين، وسبل دعمها وتعزيزها بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة، إضافة إلى تبادل وجهات النظر حيال القضايا الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
عقب ذلك، وقّع الجانبان اتفاقية بشأن الإعفاء المتبادل من تأشيرة الإقامة القصيرة لحاملي جوازات السفر الدبلوماسية والخاصة والخدمة بين حكومة المملكة وحكومة جمهورية المجر، واتفاقية تعاون مشترك بين معهد الأمير سعود الفيصل للدراسات الدبلوماسية والأكاديمية الدبلوماسية المجرية.
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Engineer Walid bin Abdul Karim Al-Khreeji, met today (Monday) in Kuwait with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Peter Szijjarto.
During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them in a manner that serves mutual interests, in addition to exchanging views on regional and international issues of common concern.
Following that, the two sides signed an agreement on mutual exemption from short-stay visas for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports between the Government of the Kingdom and the Government of Hungary, as well as a joint cooperation agreement between the Prince Saud Al-Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies and the Hungarian Diplomatic Academy.
