أكد نائب وزير الثقافة حامد محمد فايز، خلال مشاركته في مؤتمر الاستثمار الثقافي، أن الشراكات بين القطاعات المختلفة تمثّل حجر الزاوية في تحويل الفعاليات إلى منصات شاملة تجمع بين الثقافة والرياضة والتعليم والاقتصاد، وتسهم في إبراز الهوية الوطنية وتعزيز حضور المملكة عالمياً.
وأوضح فايز «أن تجربة (كأس الصيف) تعد من أبرز الأمثلة الناجحة على هذا النهج، حيث جرى تحويل الحدث من بطولة رياضية إلى مهرجان ثقافي رياضي متكامل من خلال تعاون وزارة الثقافة مع الجهات المنظمة، وهو ما ساهم في توسيع قاعدة الجمهور، وتعزيز العائد التجاري، وإبراز الهوية الوطنية أمام الزوار من مختلف دول العالم».
وأضاف أن مثل هذه الشراكات تسهم في تحقيق فوائد متعددة؛ فهي توسع الأثر التجاري للفعاليات، وتتيح فرصة أكبر لعرض الثقافة والهوية الوطنية على الزوار والمشاهدين، إلى جانب إبراز المواهب الوطنية في مجالات متنوعة؛ مثل الأزياء والفنون، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على صورة المملكة عالمياً.
وأشار نائب وزير الثقافة إلى أن الوزارة تعمل بشكل وثيق مع وزارة التعليم لدمج الفنون والثقافة في المناهج الدراسية بمختلف المراحل التعليمية، بدءاً من رياض الأطفال وحتى الدراسات العليا، إضافة إلى إطلاق برامج ابتعاث ثقافي وتأسيس جامعة للفنون، بما يسهم في تكوين أجيال مبدعة وقادرة على المنافسة عالمياً.
وبين فايز أن التعاون يمتد كذلك مع وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية لضمان مواءمة مخرجات التعليم مع احتياجات سوق العمل الثقافي والإبداعي، مؤكداً أن هذه الجهود المشتركة تمثّل قوة حقيقية في تحويل الفعاليات الوطنية والدولية إلى قيمة مضافة تعزز الاقتصاد الوطني وتدعم مكانة المملكة على الساحة العالمية.

The Deputy Minister of Culture, Hamid Mohammed Fayez, during his participation in the Cultural Investment Conference, confirmed that partnerships between different sectors represent the cornerstone in transforming events into comprehensive platforms that bring together culture, sports, education, and the economy, contributing to highlighting national identity and enhancing the Kingdom's global presence.
Fayez explained, "The experience of the (Summer Cup) is one of the most prominent successful examples of this approach, where the event was transformed from a sports championship into a comprehensive cultural and sports festival through the collaboration of the Ministry of Culture with the organizing entities. This contributed to expanding the audience base, enhancing commercial returns, and showcasing national identity to visitors from various countries around the world."
He added that such partnerships contribute to achieving multiple benefits; they expand the commercial impact of events, provide a greater opportunity to showcase culture and national identity to visitors and viewers, in addition to highlighting national talents in various fields such as fashion and arts, positively reflecting on the Kingdom's image globally.
The Deputy Minister of Culture pointed out that the ministry is working closely with the Ministry of Education to integrate arts and culture into the curricula at various educational stages, starting from kindergarten to postgraduate studies, in addition to launching cultural scholarship programs and establishing a university for the arts, which contributes to forming creative generations capable of competing globally.
Fayez indicated that cooperation also extends to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to ensure that the outputs of education align with the needs of the cultural and creative job market, emphasizing that these joint efforts represent a real strength in transforming national and international events into added value that enhances the national economy and supports the Kingdom's position on the global stage.
