The Cultural Investment Conference concluded its activities yesterday by establishing mechanisms that provide creativity, arts, and innovation with broader spaces for growth and development to participate in building the economy. Over the course of two days, the conference attendees were able to mobilize all factors that enable integration between culture and economy, and to root this coordination in supporting the development process and achieving the objectives of the vision.

Speakers agreed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's investment in the cultural sector enhances its global presence and provides a unique opportunity for shaping the future, especially since Saudi Arabia prioritizes investment in creativity, arts, literature, and thought. It has strengthened its role in culture in all its forms, leveraging its significant assets in heritage, authenticity, literature, and arts, while working to employ them through supportive policies and programs and by qualifying national cadres.

Culture has become a prominent figure in the gross domestic product, and it goes without saying that investment in its sectors relies on a sound balance between precise planning and effective execution to open wide avenues for creators and innovators and to involve them in building and decision-making.
