في الوقت الذي تنشط البعثات العلمية الدولية، جاء إسهام المواطن مشاري بن عبدالعزيز الشمري ليمنح الاكتشافات الأثرية في المملكة بعدا جديدا، قوامه الوعي المجتمعي والشراكة الوطنية. فقد تمكّن من رصد وتوثيق 26 موقعا أثريا جديدا في منطقة حائل، تضم نقوشا كتابية وفنونا صخرية تعود إلى عصور سحيقة، ما جعله شريكا في كتابة فصل جديد من السجل الثقافي للمملكة.
من الميدان إلى ذاكرة التراث
لا ينتمي مشاري إلى المؤسسات الأكاديمية أو البعثات البحثية، لكنه حمل شغفا أصيلا بماضي المكان، وسعى بجهد فردي لاستكشاف تضاريس حائل الممتدة من جبال المسما إلى جبال عرنان. بحدسه وثقافته المحلية، تحوّل إلى عين خبيرة تستشعر قيمة النقش، وتدرك أن ما يظهر على صخرة قد يكون جزءا من تاريخ الإنسانية في الجزيرة العربية.

إسهامه لم يبقَ جهدا فرديا، بل انضم إلى منظومة علمية أوسع تقودها هيئة التراث ضمن مشروع الجزيرة العربية الخضراء، الذي يهدف إلى توثيق وتحليل التحولات البيئية والبشرية في الجزيرة. وهكذا أصبح مشاري شاهدا حيا على أن المجتمع شريك أصيل في صناعة المنجز الثقافي، وأن المواطن قادر على أن يكون جزءا من حركة البحث والاكتشاف.

هيئة التراث قدّمت شكرها لمشاري الشمري علنا، مؤكدة أن مبادرته تفتح آفاقا لتعزيز وعي المجتمع بقيمة الإرث الوطني، وأن جهده يضيف إلى سجل حائل الثقافي والإنساني. لقد أثبت أن الحلم لا يحتاج دائما إلى مختبر أو جامعة، بل قد يبدأ من عين مواطن يرى في الحجر تاريخا يستحق أن يُروى.
At a time when international scientific missions are active, the contribution of citizen Mishari bin Abdulaziz Al-Shammari has given archaeological discoveries in the Kingdom a new dimension, based on community awareness and national partnership. He was able to document and record 26 new archaeological sites in the Hail region, which include inscriptions and rock art dating back to ancient eras, making him a partner in writing a new chapter in the cultural record of the Kingdom.

Mishari does not belong to academic institutions or research missions, but he carries a genuine passion for the past of the place and has made individual efforts to explore the terrain of Hail, extending from the Al-Masama Mountains to the Arnan Mountains. With his intuition and local culture, he has turned into an expert eye that senses the value of the inscription and realizes that what appears on a rock may be part of the history of humanity in the Arabian Peninsula.
Partner of the Green Island
