تقود الرياض جهوداً مخلصة ومحايدة لتحقيق سلام دائم ومستقر للسودان في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتحقيق السلام الدائم والمستقر في كافة دول العالم والعمل كدولة محايدة.
لقد تحولت الرياض إلى وجهة كبيرة للكثير من الأطراف السياسية المتصارعة في كل بلدان الشتات التي تعيش واقعاً مؤلماً وصراعات دموية لا نهاية لها؛ نظراً للحكمة الرصينة وقوة القرار وإخلاص القيادة في طرح القضايا ووضع الحلول الناجعة والواضحة للجميع للوصول إلى حل نهائي.
وعملت السعودية، عبر منبر جدة، على جمع السودانيين على طاولة واحدة ووضعتهم على الطريق الصحيح لإنقاذ الشعب السوداني من أزمة إنسانية، وحددت الخارطة والطريق لإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية للشعب المحاصر في عدد من الولايات التي كانت تشهد قتلاً عنيفاً.
وقدمت السعودية؛ التي تحتفل باليوم الوطني الـ95، حزمة من المساعدات الإنسانية تشمل المشتقات البترولية والقمح والأدوية، كما بذلت جهوداً كبيرة لرفع اسم السودان من قائمة الدول الراعية للإرهاب بصورة نهائية، وتحركت كذلك للضغط على دائني السودان للتوصل إلى اتفاق واسع لخفض ديونه البالغة 50 مليار دولار؛ وذلك بهدف إعادة السودان إلى مكانه الطبيعي بين دول العالم، كما التزمت بتقديم 1.5 مليار دولار كمنحة وجزء من المساعدات الاقتصادية كانت قد أقرتها للسودان في 2019؛ منها مبلغ 750 مليون دولار تم إيداعها في حساب الحكومة السودانية، و500 مليون دولار مخصصة للمساعدة في حل أزمة القمح والدواء والبترول وبعض السلع الأخرى، إضافة إلى إيداع 250 مليون دولار في البنك المركزي السوداني في مايو 2019.
وتعهدت المملكة في مارس 2021 باستثمار ثلاثة مليارات دولار في صندوق مشترك للاستثمار في السودان، كما قدمت في عام 2021 مبلغ 400 مليون دولار؛ لمساعدته في توفير مدخلات الإنتاج الزراعي للموسمين الصيفي والشتوي لعام 2021.
إن الأدوار التي لعبتها المملكة؛ سواءً بشكل مباشر أو عن بعد، شكلت نقلة نوعية في حل النزاعات والخلافات في العديد من بلدان العالم، كما أن المجتمع الدولي وعواصم القرار تلجأ إلى الرياض لبذل مساعيها لتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار في أكثر من بقعة من بقاع العالم لما تحظى به من احترام وتقدير.

Riyadh is leading sincere and neutral efforts to achieve lasting and stable peace for Sudan as part of its ongoing efforts to secure lasting and stable peace in all countries around the world and to act as a neutral state.
Riyadh has become a major destination for many conflicting political parties from all the countries of the diaspora that are experiencing painful realities and endless bloody conflicts; due to its sound wisdom, strong decision-making, and the leadership's sincerity in presenting issues and providing effective and clear solutions for everyone to reach a final resolution.
Saudi Arabia, through the Jeddah platform, has worked to bring Sudanese people to the same table and has set them on the right path to rescue the Sudanese people from a humanitarian crisis, outlining the roadmap and path to deliver humanitarian aid to the besieged people in several states that have witnessed violent killings.
Saudi Arabia, which is celebrating its 95th National Day, has provided a package of humanitarian aid that includes petroleum derivatives, wheat, and medicines. It has also made significant efforts to remove Sudan from the list of state sponsors of terrorism permanently, and has taken steps to pressure Sudan's creditors to reach a broad agreement to reduce its debts amounting to $50 billion; with the aim of restoring Sudan to its rightful place among the countries of the world. Additionally, it has committed to providing $1.5 billion as a grant and part of the economic aid it had pledged to Sudan in 2019; of which $750 million has been deposited into the Sudanese government’s account, and $500 million is allocated to help resolve the crises of wheat, medicine, petroleum, and some other commodities, in addition to depositing $250 million in the Central Bank of Sudan in May 2019.
The Kingdom pledged in March 2021 to invest $3 billion in a joint fund for investment in Sudan, and in 2021 it provided $400 million to assist in providing agricultural production inputs for the summer and winter seasons of 2021.
The roles played by the Kingdom, whether directly or indirectly, have represented a qualitative shift in resolving disputes and conflicts in many countries around the world. The international community and decision-making capitals turn to Riyadh to exert its efforts to achieve security and stability in various parts of the world due to the respect and appreciation it enjoys.
