The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation implemented (386) programs to prepare male and female graduates for the labor market during the first half of this year 2025, aiming to equip them with the necessary skills in preparation for their entry into the job market.

The spokesperson for the corporation, Fahd Al-Otaibi, confirmed that the corporation is working on implementing several programs and activities to support the employment coordination efforts for graduates of technical colleges and institutes, and it measures these efforts periodically to apply best practices that would contribute to providing job opportunities that align with the graduates' specialties.

He stated that among these efforts is the establishment of (225) job fairs and exhibitions in partnership with several entities in the first half of the current year, in addition to holding (628) meetings with human resources managers in targeted recruitment entities in the business sector, and signing (58) memorandums of understanding with the corporation's partners from both the public and private sectors to contribute to the employment of graduates.

He pointed out that the corporation follows up on the results of employment coordination efforts by surveying and measuring the satisfaction of all concerned parties through the study and analysis of periodic questionnaires, aiming to develop aspects related to the employment of graduates, as (902) questionnaires were analyzed to measure employer satisfaction, and (9,390) questionnaires to measure graduate satisfaction during the same period.
