تتقدم المدينة المنورة بخطوات متسارعة نحو مفهوم الأنسنة، إذ تحولت المشاريع البلدية من كونها بنية تحتية جامدة إلى فضاءات تلامس حاجات السكان وتفتح نوافذ جديدة للراحة والجمال.
خلال زيارة وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، برزت أبعاد هذه الرؤية من خلال المشاريع التي اكتملت بقيمة تجاوزت 133 مليون ريال لتشييد الحدائق والمنتزهات. هذه المساحات أصبحت متنفسا حقيقيا للأسر والأطفال، وساحات لقاء تعزز الروابط الاجتماعية وتمنح الأهالي والزوار لحظات من السكينة.
في المقابل، شكّلت مشاريع الإضاءة والطرق التي تتجاوز قيمتها الإجمالية 1.1 مليار ريال خطوة نوعية نحو جعل التنقل أكثر أمانا وراحة، مع توفير بيئة صديقة للمشاة وكبار السن، وتحسين المشهد الحضري بما يواكب تطلعات مجتمع المدينة.
ولم يغب البعد البيئي عن هذه الجهود؛ فبرامج النظافة والإصحاح البيئي التي تصل قيمتها إلى أكثر من 949 مليون ريال تمثل استثمارا مباشرا في صحة الإنسان ورفاهيته، ما يعكس أن التنمية العمرانية تنطلق من حاجات الناس قبل أي اعتبار آخر.
كما شكل مشروع وسط المدينة بجوار مسجد القبلتين ومشروع وادي قناة لتأهيل الأودية إضافة نوعية تعيد الطبيعة إلى قلب العمران، وتحوّل المكان إلى لوحة مفتوحة من الماء والخضرة والظل، تمنح السكان تجربة حضرية تتكامل فيها الخدمات مع الجماليات.
أنسنة المدينة المنورة لم تعد خطة على ورق، إنما واقع يعيشه الأهالي في تفاصيل حياتهم اليومية، واقع يضع الإنسان في قلب التنمية، ويعيد للمدينة طابعها كمساحة رحبة للحياة.
The city of Medina is making rapid strides towards the concept of humanization, as municipal projects have transformed from rigid infrastructure into spaces that touch the needs of residents and open new windows for comfort and beauty.
During the visit of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail, the dimensions of this vision emerged through projects that were completed with a value exceeding 133 million riyals for the construction of parks and recreational areas. These spaces have become a true breath of fresh air for families and children, and gathering places that strengthen social bonds and provide residents and visitors with moments of tranquility.
In contrast, the lighting and road projects, which have a total value exceeding 1.1 billion riyals, represent a qualitative step towards making transportation safer and more comfortable, while providing a pedestrian-friendly environment for the elderly and improving the urban landscape in line with the aspirations of the community in Medina.
The environmental dimension has not been overlooked in these efforts; the cleanliness and environmental sanitation programs, valued at over 949 million riyals, represent a direct investment in human health and well-being, reflecting that urban development starts from the needs of people before any other consideration.
Additionally, the downtown project next to the Two Qiblahs Mosque and the Wadi Qana project for the rehabilitation of valleys represent a qualitative addition that brings nature back to the heart of urbanization, transforming the area into an open canvas of water, greenery, and shade, providing residents with an urban experience where services are integrated with aesthetics.
The humanization of Medina is no longer just a plan on paper; it is a reality that residents experience in the details of their daily lives, a reality that places people at the heart of development and restores the city’s character as a spacious area for life.
